Dollar General, Mesa AZ

I was the the Brown location on Friday July 10 around 6: 30 pm. No enforcement of the Mesa mask requirement. Customers shopping and hanging out near the checkout without masks. Great place to visit if you want to be virtually guaranteed exposure to Covid-19.

This store was somewhat organized aloy of empty shelves and the manger on duty was un aware of her company policy.

The store was average and the customer service was also average. They dont exactly answer your questions unless they feel like helping you.

The store was a mess. They had out dated food. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because of the manager. I couldn't find something and he was very helpful checking to see if they had the book in the back and when the next shipment will be in.

When I got to the front some of the items that I had got rang up wrong. And did not get disgusted with me because I wanted it the right price they were very nice and respectful

It was well stocked. The staff was friendly and attentive. There wasn't even a long wait in line.

The cashier up front needed another coworker so he was yelling across the store for her which was annoying and unprofessional. The store was also a mess lots of empty areas and product scattered everywhere.

Store never has digital coupon items in stock.store is small and dirty. Contacted the corporate office about these issues. They never got back to me guess they just don't care. Would not shop there again.

Everyone is always friendly I usually go on laundry days laugh at the register with whomever friendly worker is there that day; use my app for coupons; its always clean; good place, good people

Typical Dollar general, commonly understaffed, crowded isles, but the staff is super friendly when you can find them.

The lady at the check out counter was so busy trying to go fast that she rang me up for 2 arm & hammer detergents when I only got one. I have to go get my money back or another detergent.
