Dollar Tree, Buckeye AZ

Nice girls that work here. Jus get mad when I get charged for 5 items when it's 3. Guess I have to check my receipt before I leave. I did purchase other items and thought something was wrong, I should've checked then. My own fault.

Not as much variety of products as other Dollar Tree stores. Boxes are always all over the place crowding isles. The store is just way too small.

I just to work in this store the general manager is a nice person but she doesn't see what her assistant does went she is not around which is gossip about other employees in the store i felt like I was being use went need it or as back up is not a job is just a give me a call if need my help thing if u guys understand what am saying I had it call or text every day to find out if I was going to be working next day that is one of the reasons I quit but mostly of because doesn't matter what others co workers do no one should be gossiping behind their backs i thanks Maria the general manager for giving me the opportunity to work in the store. Just giving you a advice u should choose who runs the show went u not around specifically on trucks day or any other day

In and out pretty quick, cashier seemed a little grumpy but I'll give her a pass because it seemed like they were short handed. Best deal on greeting cards ever I'll never pay full price again. Lots of cute fall decor too.

I see so many reviews based on how long their line is or cashier standing around etc but no one really knows if they are even off work or barely getting on or whatever the case may be but i am rating this on the customer service and the people who make this location a great place to shop and how hard these group of employees work especially through this whole COVID mess thank you

Wednesday night at 7pm. There were 10 customers in 1- CHECK OUT LANE.

AND 3 CASHIERS ALL STANDING TOGETHER 8N THE SAME LANE.

Just like the blonde joke says. IT MUST TAKE 3 CASHIERS TO CHECK OUT 1 PERSON.

Very clean and organized! Maria was so helpful and I never felt like a burden when I asked her a question. I definitely recommend this store!

As a new Resident to Arizona I was taken away by the customer service it's Dollar Tree here from a previous resident of Oregon there's a huge huge difference in the customer service they're happier and a lot more polite than the people in Oregon

Replenished my Sudoku books, and greeting cards. Also picked up a few things for my grandson. This is a nice store to shop at. A true dollar store!

Very rude and disrespectful customer service. I've tried 2xs times now and have experienced the same awful service. I will not return to this one. I would not even give one star expect the products are great.

Today Was hella rude and once I caught an attitude back she changed her attitude too don't appreciate this not from the dollar store that at all.

Perfect place for cheap party supplies. Was able to get the majority of party decorations for a wedding reception. I also like that this is the only TRUE dollar store around. Even the 99 cent only store is raising their prices even though it's in their name.

I love the dollar store even more so that they are starting to carry a lot more name brand items. I also love that many options you get to chose from for any arts or crafts project you are planning!

Love going here during my lunch break they have So much to look at and the items they sale are great!

I really Loved coming to this location had a wide variety of product for birthdays and art and craft projects, but unfortunately i wont be coming back to this location. One thing is being ask nicely and quietly to go outside with my child that was not having a good day by an employee and another is is being told of across the hallway so all the customers can hear. Saying "that's just ridicules" That was just rude and poor customers service. I wont mention the name for i don't believe in people losing there jobs. The staff is usually great but today is last day ill be coming.

The shelves we're kinda empty all over but they were preparing for holiday transision. Overall you can always trust you can find great deals there.

Very very disappointed but they did not have any pink bismuth. The store seems to have very little of the things I've seen it many of the other stores. And I've been at Dollar trees all over the US. It was disheveled and seemed unorganized

Went in to buy some laundry detergent, just got a new home so needed lots of little things, these stores have just about all the knick knacks I needed.

It's a cheap place to shop. Barely stocked and rummaged through shelves. Not quite as entertaining as Wal Mart. Staff has always been friendly

Most of the time they are fully stocked and I really like the manager, she goes out of her way to help people!
