Dollar Tree, Mesa AZ

Very good service today and kindness at the end with have a nice day, in a caring tone of voice. This dollar tree has changed in the last few weeks for the better! Today was very good service by a lady. Not sure her name, but I was in at about 9: 30am on Thursday, June 18th. Give this lady an award! She was the only one checking and it was great! Good, kind service!

Officially my favorite Dollar Tree now! I'm a couponer and I've always had difficulty couponing at certain Dollar Trees. Either the cashier is very rude and doesn't want to try to scan the coupon or says that they don't accept coupons. Or if the coupon beeps they say that they can't help me. This dollar tree has very nice staff and they have no problem with me couponing here! Today I went and they thought it was amazing how I could save at their store! Definitely will not go to any other location except this one.

You really need to clean your woman bathroom never in my life have I seen anything so discussing looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years and trying to cover the smell by putting 5 air freshener on the toilet tank. So gross.

Amazing for those quick cheap stops. They always have the balloons I'm looking for and have kind staff that when they're not to busy can hold a nice chat with them. Thank you not treating me like just some other client but a person (:

Well stocked always great products for stupid cheap how could you not love this place they have it all. Everyone loves the Dollar store!

I get my birthday, anniversary, get well cards there, plus you never know what you will find when you go

Always a very neat and tidy store with more selection then others in the area. This is my favorite dollar tree in Mesa.

Great stock and very friendly. Even carry Ice. A little disorganized in layout but staff makes up for it!

As we where waiting in line I asked the cashier if she was open and tells me she’s not so I walked back to the long line and then decides to open her register procedes in saying next in line so as I go to get in that lane she refuses to help us and screams next in line again. Rude customer service

You can find some great items and save $ at the Dollar Tree! The CSRs at this location are very helpful and friendly. I frequently shop here.

If i could give it less I would. Lady named Cindy was beyond rude and made me feel stupid in front of everyone. Her facial expression and tone of voice was un called for. I will never return.

Manager is extremely rude! I walked in just after 7 and she immediately says "We're closed! You need to leave! ". Maps says they close at 8. I said I thought you were open til 8 and she says "Didn't you read the sign on the door? " In a very condescending tone. No I did not. Either way there was no reason to treat a customer this way. I will never be back to this store nor will anyone in my household and we used to come here a lot. Very rude and uncalled for. Not how you treat paying customers. I want to speak to the person above her if possible. I hope nobody else has to experience this kind of treatment. It made me feel as if I was a degenerate.
