Dollar Tree, Tempe AZ

Manager was very rude, they over charged me and I didn’t notice until I got home, so I went back to the store the next day, and I asked to speak to the manager and I explained that they over charged me by $6 and I even had proof, I had the receipt that showed her what I bought from her store, and she said that there was nothing that they could do.she could of gave me my $6 back, but she didn’t feel like it.

I have my problems with Dollar Tree as a CORPORATION, but as a place to shop for things like snacks, kitchen goods, and storage solutions, it's hard to beat. With the economy the way it is, it's becoming a go-to.
The one I use is pretty clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly. It's hard to ask for much more than that.

Disappointing hard candy selection. I buy hard candy for the office but it's been awhile. They used to have a much better selection.including the strawberry candies. My coworkers will be sad

It's a good store, but it could use some care and cleaning outside at the entrance and in the parking lot area. There's a lot of litter scattered about and in corners; enough that it's unsightly. Placement of a few trash/recycling cans and Perhaps an individual dedicated to monitoring overflow may help. Otherwise, the staff are all friendly and always helpful.

Perfect trip. Got everything I needed, then some. I am extremely happy to see they are stocking more plant-based/ vegan items.

They kick me out bc they said I robbed some gloves, and I already had them on when I entered.they were work gloves all dirty I told them to give me proof and to call the police but they didn't want to bc they know I didn't do anything

I literally go out of my way to go to this dollar tree. This is the biggest dollar tree that I know of in the Phoenix Valley. It typically is stocked well. They have a huge variety of different things. The only reason why I’m giving it a four-star instead of five, is because their parking lot is super filthy and trashy. And the front doors are typically dirty. At night it looks a little sketchy, if you’ve never been to this location. But like I said, I literally passed three other dollar trees to come to this one. I love the abundance and variety.

Well stocked, wide aisles and clean. Good selection and shelves are well stocked. Only one lane open but not too long of wait. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. And of course, everything is $1, how can you best that.

Not to busy, be careful of the entrance and exit parking lot kinda tight spot. Very spacious store, plenty variety of items for sale.

I took the postcard, but put it in its place back, because there was a long queue. The seller from the store caught up and the accused of theft and checked my packages! Packages from another store! How to understand this? They make you feel like the last person. I never take someone else's in my life. You can't do that! The attitude towards the store and the people inside immediately falls! Check cameras first, make sure, then blame people!

Donna is always in good spirits everytime I go. Groceries were alittle low but with everything going on very explainable. See you soon.

We will NOT be coming back to this location. The parking lot and grounds are full of litter and there is a homeless encampment on the premises. It gets worse - the inside of the store is also filthy. Does the store manager not care about these issues?

I encountered one great crew member named Jessica she is a credit to your store never let her go she portrays a superior level of customer service and is really helpful. I look forward to return g to your store in the future

Very long lines. And the cashiers aren't the most personable. I waited 20 minutes when I was the second person in line.another lane open up and she never told anyone so I literally was waiting behind the person in front of me while people at the end of the line saw the light was on and proceeded to check out. I think better communications with your customers are key especially when someone has been waiting for 20 minutes to check out.

Besides not being fully stocked every time this Dollar Tree is awesome! Literally half of our monthly groceries are bought from here! && The staff is super nice as well! Love this store!

I like how everything is actually $1! I bought seven things for $7.50.it's really worth it) yeah they try and sell you spam for $1 but they got to make money somehow. What I bought was a few things for grilling and you can't get $1 box of matches and a 1$ wire brush at Walmart.
