Dollar Tree, Phoenix AZ

My 7 yr son needed to used the restroom it was number 2. The manager refuse. This a child just terrible never coming back.

This is one of my favorite dollar trees to shop at. Store is clean and well stocked. The manager, Ron, is such a nice guy and is always available to help you.

Ron and Carol are amazing! They always greet customers with smiles on their faces. There’s also a younger lady there who’s very nice but I didn’t catch her. Ame.

Ron the manager is the best. He's extremely friendly and works hard to keep the store maintained. In my opinion, the store could use new flooring, like 35th and Bell received. Makes a huge difference on the whole appearance of the store.

All I have to say is this store has great staff. The store looks organized and clean. I’m so impressed. I think his name is Ron the Store Manager he is a friendly and very helpful guy. GREAT WORK TO ALL THE STAFF.

I have gone to Dollar Trees and had to watch were I stepped. I went into this Dollar Tree on Thunderbird and it was so clean and organized. I had three separate employees greet me on different aisles asking me if I needed any assistance. I did ask the last one for help and he gave me a few cleaning products recommendation and oh yes, they worked so darn good. I said to a couple of friends this is was not my closest store but it will be the only one I go. FYI, if the person who recommend the Scrub Free and the LA Totally Awesome Cherry Blossom scent sees this post. You were right they did the job. Oven looks brand new. Kitchen is clean and smells awesome.

Always love this spot for amazing arts and crafts goodies, all well as epic pricing for bàthroom soaps and surprisingly lots of healthy organic options.

Never in my life have I encountered such terrible employees. From the moment I walked in the store and went for the lighters at the front since I needed one they harassed me and taunted me to the point I felt so uncomfortable I decided not to buy anything. They announced loss prevention to scan aisles as I walked looking for headphones and a personal mirror they followed me and everywhere I went kept asking loss prevenrion to scan my isle. Mind you I am not a criminal nor did I display any indication I planned to steal I went to lighters picked a color I wanted and from that moment on I was harassed then as if I had done something when I chose not to purchase items because I felt so uncomfortble as a very tall middle aged man followed me around asking if I needed anything sarcastically asking me if I found everything as he looked over me if made me extremely I was told not a to come back. Never in my life have I ever seen such a display of outright hostility and profiling. Mind you I consider myself a pretty clean cut girl I had shorts and a tank on and.my bags from work. Heck I just got my nails and hair done I had plenty of money and I was made to feel like I was a criminal for what reason I have no idea. As I decided not to pay they screamed at me to never come back. I lost it a bit and told them where to go because I just couldn't take the harassment anymore I cannot believe dollar tree would condone this behavior what happened to customer service? The customers always right? I should be treated well when I walk into a store and honestly this isn't the first time this has happened at this store and a few other locations I've witnessed it happen to others and it's happened to me on a smaller scale nothing like today. I was so humiliated, embarrassed when there was absolutely no cause for it. I'll never set foot in a dollar tree again and if I can press charges I will.

Here is a tip if you have several folks in the store add a cashier. Having only one person for check out is ridiculous.

This dollar tree is way better than the one near me. Like. I could throw a rock and hit the DT near me and I'd rather drive the 10min to go to this one from now on. Big. So many items. CLEAN.just go to this one and ignore the one on Peoria near metro.

The manager i believe is an older man. He is very nice and seems like a very hard worker usually it is a casual day at $1.25 tree but today customers were very hostile. Cussing out employees and stealing form the store. If the rating is about customer service I would say I like it but if its about security. The areas not too great.

My experiencer was typical. Today was interesting because I might have been the only person in there and over loudspeaker a gentleman said officer Warren we need you in loss prevention officer Lauren we need you and lost prevention. I'm assuming they were trying to use a scare tactic on me. Now shame on anyone that is boosting at the Dollar tree. Each item is only a dollar. Basically if you can afford the Dollar tree you need to evaluate your life and see where s*** went wrong. So after the scare tactic was used I proceeded to do my shopping and checked out without incident.

One amazing Dollar Tree! You need to visit this one! Well stocked, clean, organized, and friendly Associates! Next door to a Ross and Fry's. Huge expanded craft section!

They have the cutest cashier! Coming back just for her. Such positive vibes her name is Sara!

I'm only giving one star because I have to so I can leave this review. I came into the dollar store and I had a Bluetooth speaker in my backpack and the person that works there asked me to leave my backpack up front. Because it's there policy. Well I saw woman shopping in that store that had bags bigger than my my backpack and they weren't asked to leave. So if you don't want to be judged by someone that works at the dollar store and your a guy don't bring a backpack. Now mind you everything in this store costs a dollar and I was told to leave because of my backpack. I'm in the process of calling dollar store corporate office. So if you have ever had the same experience that I did please call corporate office and complain so maybe this bull as hit will stop

I've been here several times and before it was a little messy and never stocked but it has been flipped and it's nice and clean and stocked and the people are very nice. I was very, very happy shopping here.

This Dollar store pretty good, I like that they have cards for all occasions, and Mylar Balloons for a buck.
