Dollar Tree, Chandler AZ

It's the Holiday season 2022. I had to run in and get a white elephant gift. Even at 1.25, it's still a bargain. The cashiers were very pleasant.

Went in there today to buy stuff for thanksgiving and the lady on the intercom said they were running a special on seasonal decor “buy one get one Free”. So I looked around and got a few extra things I didn’t really need and when I got to the register she looked at me like I was crazy and said it was buy one get one half off and it’s only on fall decor, not christmas. If you are working somewhere you need to make sure you’re saying the correct deals so customers don’t waste their time, and you need to own it instead of making them feel stupid.

This dollar tree had over 20 bottles of expired syrup on the shelf. No mops. & the cashier had no personality. She seemed bothered when I asked her to double my bag.

This is like your average dollar tree it did have a nice variety of things that I don’t always find at some locations. I have to give five stars because Luke is amazing! Never had someone so patient and friendly to my kids before. Luke provided beyond exceptional customer service. Definitely made me want to come back to this location again!

Not sure if having NO BAGS OF ANY KIND to provide to paying customer to put there purchases in. Is acceptable? But the to offer to SELL you a reusable one.

I’m not too fond of the 25 cents increase, but because of the associates that work here I don’t even mind. There is one young lady named Alyssa who will take a long line and make it disappear in no time, talk about FAST… She also has a heart of gold! Oh my goodness, and it’s always when she works that the store is organized almost to perfection. There are several employees there that are great, but Alyssa definitely stands out the most- furthermore so many of the other employees I’d mention no longer work there which is sad. It’s always the good ones that end up gone. Dollar Tree is a major part of the city, everyone shops there! If you ever stop by say Hello to Alyssa and I’m sure you’ll see exactly what I’m talking about! Customer service like no other and a personality out of this world! She deserves a raise and promotion! Surprisingly I found everything I was looking for, even found a butter dish I specifically went in for. Clean, organized and friendly service. They even asked a the checkout if I found everything I was looking for.

This has been my go to dollar store lately. More than others in the area, it always seems stocked, cleaned and the most helpful staff. Case in point, Jenn has been unbelievably helpful more than once, but today she really saved me. We have an incredibly important event and she bent over backwards helping me get everything I needed at the last minute. I will keep coming here and telling everyone I know to skip the competitors in the area and just hit up our dollar tree service and options can't be beat.

Since the new management took over the organization and service has drastically improved. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Most Dollar Tree stores are comparable, and this one is similar to the rest.
You can tell they are trying to keep the store clean and tidy, but I’ve worked retail so I know that’s always a challenge.
They have a wide variety of products and the staff is welcoming.
Of course, the prices are great and often there are great deals on name brands.

I would have given this location 5 stars but they need to lose the manager named Heather that manages this place. Total b****! Terrible attitude towards customers. Embarrassed me and my mother today. Told us to leave "her" store while we were paying for our items after they didn't want to exchange what I had brought in to be exchanged. Managers are supposed to have good customer service and be problem solvers. They were not willing to even try to do what I was suggesting and I know for a fact it works. I will be contacting corporate about this incident and hopefully she loses her job because she doesn't deserve to be working with that kind of an attitude and I'm not the first reviewer who has the same complaint.

Manager is rude kicked us out because we wanted to buy a no slip sign and said she was gunna call the police because we told her to lose the nasty attitude KAREN ALERT

I like this location a lot! They seem to have all the items I am looking for, as well as many items some other locations don't have!
