Dollar Tree reviews
20Went there today.love shopping there. They didnt have my favorite drink. Its Pomegranate with Lemon. I went to 4 stores looking for it. Try it, it is sooo good and refreshing. Made by Front Porch. My kids like it better than soda.
Every time I go in the store there's nothing on the show it looks so ramshacked and ran through. The line is always almost to the back of the store. I won't be going to this Dollar tree store it's awful
Leonard is one of the.nicest cashiers I have ever met. I hope he gets a raise or even an appraisal of how good of an employee he is. God bless you Leonard. Also I love the whole.staff there too. Thanks for all.your hard work.
I love going to this store but today, when I was waiting in line to pay there was only one line open. And out of the no where line 2 open, of course she called for the next customer. There was 3 people ahead of me, no one moved and I still waited. After seeing that no one moved. I went into the lane, I proceeded to put my things in the registry. Then very rudely, the cashier (LaTashia) said "I called the next in line not you, you were not next in line. " I replied" I know, I waited and no one else moved. " She made be back up and called next in line. Yet no one wanted to move. Until she directly said to the next person in line to go to her lane.
I found a few things that I needed. The store was a bit messy and they were in the midst of stocking. This location is quick stop for me when I'm on this side of town. I like buying snacks. 4/05/23
Only getting two stars because of the way one employee was treating an older employee today. There were two lines open both were long but he kept telling the older man to “speed it up, go faster, hurry up” Not cool to treat an older person that way especially when you could see he was trying his best The store itself is clean and well stocked but that just wasn’t cool
It is sad for the employees. There is so much theft going on in that store the employees can only do so much Dollar Tree at the company should have security protecting the staff that works there at this time I will not suggest anybody go to that Dollar Tree until they can deal with the issues of the vagrance drug users. How is it that the rest of that mall are able to keep them unwanted people out of their stores but not Dollar Tree is it because everything is a dollar
There is hardly anything in the store. Shelves are half empty. Even everyday basics, shampoo, eye drops, batteries. Went in for 4 basic things and got one
Check out line was long, but it appeared to only be the store manager working. I will say this to her credit line was long yes, BUT she was moving people through at very rapid speed while still being friendly, polite, engaging, and having to answer the store phone she showed no signs of being stressed (a lot of people in the retail industry will unknowingly direct their stress and frustration at customers). To Dollar Tree Corporate offices this Manager in my opinion SO DESERVES a RAISE & a BONUS and above what you would normally give to a store manager. To the Trooper of a Store Manager you were awesome keep up the good work!
Assistant Manager "T" very unprofessional& unpleasant in the way she talks to potenrial customers coming through the door. Very abrubt& condescending!
Employee screaming at and threatening a customer. Unfriendly employees all around, boxes everywhere making it hard to move around. I have never seen such bitter employees anywhere I have gone. Every single one I encountered seemed like they were irritated.
Lots of shady customers, I've SEEN people stealing. Items placed in wrong areas, unstocked, boxes in aisles, messy, only 1 or 2 employees. Really gone downhill! Used to be my favorite, not now. Saw bugs on floor.
Cashier was extremely rude towards me because I accidentally requested cash back when it was card only. I was going to apologize but she got an attitude and said I heard her the first time it was card only. I shop here all the time but now I will not.
This location has the RUDEST employees. I have witnessed them gossip and talk about customers while they are shopping. Comes across as high school bullies. They ALWAYS close early. As I write this it's 8: 45 and shocker they are closed already. I have seen at least 5 people attempt to go inside. I guess they like losing business. Unlike the other location on 19th Ave and Osborn, this location is filthy, littered with garbage and items thrown about. The shelves are never stocked, yet there are always boxes in the aisles. The only thing going for them is the different variety in items when they are stocked. But, who wants to deal with a messy store, rude employees and a store that Is rarely open during it's listed business hours. Thankfully it's only this location.
This is the dirtiest dollar tree in the valley. It is obviously poorly managed as the manger is too lazy to even open the bathroom for a paying customer. She didn't earn even one star, but I'm unable to leave 0.
This store have lovely employees I love the customer service at this location.thank you Sharon for all your help
Horrible place. I watched associates slam a woman they believed was stealing Into a wall. Tear her bag open and start taking things out. Than they bragged while I paid on how they showed her a lesson.
I usually go2 this one-the one at Christown Mall- because I've noticed the employees that work there are usually pretty friendly, and that's definitely something that I look for specifically in dollar stores because it's more of a lower-end retail store.
They need to redo their floor. Same stuff different store. They need to get rid of people hanging out in front. The whole mall should.
They do not carry large bags anymore, please bring back the large bags how else am I supposed to carry my items out of the store
