Dollar Tree, Lake Havasu City AZ

I have always loved Dollar Tree, but having just self service for check out is ridiculous. Havasu has a lot of elderly people who should have the choice to have a cashier check them out and bag their goods. And what about the young mother who has children she needs to attend to. If you don't have to pay for staff then lower your prices.

Organized store with a little bit of everything. Great place to buy arts and crafts.

They don't have a lot of things since the pandemic and it's not a dollar anymore, everything is $1.25

Love Dollar Trees and seek them out each town I go to but I can honestly say that I had the worst run in with a clerk in my history of shopping anywhere. Looking for an item and I didnt see it on the shelf. "Lydia" was standing next to me unpacking boxes and stocking shelves. Thought maybe it might be in a box, asked her and she very aggressively barked at me loudly while moving toward me to "look on the shelf. I backed away and said no need for such hostility. She proceeded to rant and argue with me getting the attention of the whole store. She ended by saying that it was "rude of me to ask her". Which I found even more astonishing. I asked for a manager who had absolutely nothing to say when I told her. Meanwhile another employee had gone over to Lydia and was gossiping with her. What kind of an environment is this for a customer to shop in? Something is very wrong with how these employees are managed and it is to the detriment of this chain.

Horrible customer service, I completely understand not wanting your buggies to leave the store but when customers spend 75 dollars worth of stuff and most of it is cleaning supplies which are heavy, you could let us use a buggy without the stick or help them out when they ask. You didn't even have anymore customers, you guys were just being lazy. I explained I was disabled and needed help and they didn't care. I now have to go pay three times as much just so I get a buggy up to the back end of my car. I had to walk back and forth to car with bags 4 times because I don't have use of my right arm and i have trouble walking, it took me 25 mins and they kept heads down every time I walked back in. Yes, I am disabled and I am use to doing things on my own and I did it and I don't usually want any ones help. But I'm use to only having to put one item in the cart at a time and then being able to get it to the back end of car. Places really need to be more considerate about disabled or elderly even if they don't look it. Even if you aren't getting paid much what happened to people caring about others.

Got plenty of fresh garden seeds and pots to plant them in. Happy, happy
