Domino's Pizza, Chino Valley AZ

I went in with a strange request, and Jake, the cashier, was very accommodating! I also heard him handle a difficult phone call and several customers while we wanted and he was just the sweetest the whole time!

Worst pizza place in the united states.delivery ordered 2 hours early so it would be on time.half hour late, everything was cold and didn't receive entire order.called 5 times and put on hold before i could even speak. 10 minutes each time.rotten customer service.don't bother!

I would give it no stars if I could! First of all they need customer service education cuz they are RUDE! The whole staff is rude. I ordered 2 large pizzas and garlic knots and they took 2 hours to get to me not only that they didn’t have 1 of my pizzas and there delivery driver Joel was inappropriate with my daughter who is only 14 talking about how she should come over cuz he has a whole house to him self and when she asked him to stop he told her he liked a challenge! Are u kidding me! This is the worst part… he sneezed on my pizza! So I told him to keep it and closed the door I ended up ordering Pizza Hut instead lesson learned.

It was late in the evening and the night time should I say but the sandwiches the ciabatta bread was super hard I had to take everything out and put it on regular bread when I got home but customer service was awesome

The Chino Dominos has always provided great service and a variety that everyone in the family likes.

Order 3 Large pizza waited 3 hours no pizza wasted a my coupon for 1 free pizza which was wasted by this store and still actually never even received the pizza and they didn’t even call us we had to call them lady said we would be there shortly called again and after waiting 3 hours they didn’t even start making it if I could give them 0 stars I would

I mostly like there pizza but am very irritated with the fact that everytime I order a thin crust pizza and ask for it to be pie cut it always comes out square cut. Very frustrating that instructions are not followed or do not make it a choice. Frustrated customer.

Would leave no stars if possible placed order for delivery at 745 then went outside to finish work I was doing till food got there came back in the house at 900 and called to check on order and was told by the manager that they had tried to call cause they put it for carry out and when I.didn't answer they voided my order. Phone call was 9 minutes after I placed order and was from a cellphone and not the business phone will never go back

The people that work here are nice enough but this location needs to get its business together. It takes 15 minutes to get through the phones and it’s an hour wait for pickup and over two hours for delivery every time I try to order. I’m not sure why they can’t keep staff but this place just isn’t functioning.

Says that there open intell 1 am its 12: 30 am.but they closed 30 minutes early and the worker just said "were closed get out". I will not be going back to this location ever again, I will drive to presscott to get a pizza late at night if I would like one.

Ordered yesterday, the food was horrible, it took over two hours to receive cold hard food. When placing my order it said delivery would be 27 minutes. Called and was placed on hold for 21 minutes. I finally hung up. I will never order from here again. The whole experience was horrible. The only part that wasn’t was the delivery person she was apologetic, sweet, and you could see she was totally embarrassed.

The WORST service + quality I have ever experienced with Dominos. It took an HOUR AND A HALF to deliver my pizza 5 minutes away. Not to mention their 'Quality Check' was clearly skipped considering my pizza was delivered burnt, with no cheese and missing pepperonis. I called twice and an 'employee' mentioned they were training a new driver, yet they had 4 other drivers working. I normally let these things slip, but this is terrible. I also used a free pizza reward and left a tip, prior to the incident and am incredibly disappointed with how this was handled. This pizza and service is insanely disgusting.

My DOMINO'S is so awesome! I didn't see a place to order parmesan cheese packages for the pizza so I called and spoke with Hannah. Not only was she professional, she was sweet and kind. Our pizza is always fresh hot and what we order. Thanks so much!

Pizza always good and hot. IF they can find my house.even after living here 4 yrs and ordering they still cant find it 2 out of 4 times!

Our pizza was eorst pizza we had.thin crust.it was not warm.the pizza itself was terrible.guess we dont come back.

Always quick and easy online orders. They let you know the moment your pizza goes in the oven, to the moment it's being put in the box. My orders have always been accrate. Delivery is prompt and pizza is pretty good.
(I'm from NY, so that's not a bad review!).
Delivery people are always courteous and professional.
