Domino's Pizza, Chandler AZ

Super upset with today's order. I paid almost 40$ for my pizzas to be wrong! Super annoyed

Walked in and got pizza in about 15 minutes or less. Next time I will call in the order it'll be much faster and wouldn't have to wait.

I ordered online and went into the store to pick up my order I was standing there for close to 10 minutes before anyone help me and during that 10 minutes I witness no one was wearing gloves they were touching the pizza dough not wearing gloves touching the ingredients (cheese, pepperoni etc) and then wiping their hands all over their pants, touching their face, their glasses and then going back and touching the food which is cross-contamination not one person in there was wearing gloves and the whole time I was in there they at least made five pizzas without wearing gloves that is unsanitary and unsafe and a health violation. I have been coming here for years and I am absolutely disgusted at what I saw today I couldn’t even eat my food that I bought.

We just got a pizza that was raw! I am trying to call the store and complain but I have been on hold for over 20 minutes! I HATE Domino's! I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me! -5 stars!

Even though they say that you can order delivery until 1am on Sunday, you can't. You can try online but it will tell you to call. You call and the recording says to call back later. This is the only pizza place "open" near me. Too bad for them, Thanks Domino's

I ordered online for delivery. Everything was moving a long well until 5: 55pm when it came out of the oven for the quality check. I called 3 times starting at 7: 55 since I had not gotten my pizza not was their movement in the process. All 3 times I was hung up on. It is now 8: 43 as I am typing this. I still have not yet gotten my pizza. It is still in the quality check phase. I just want my money back, but no one will answer and speak with me. Edit: it is not 10/11/22 and I still have not gotten my pizza, a refund, or anything.

Sometimes I get let down here but more often then not they do a really good job. Always greeted when I walk in & never have any problems. Usually once in blue moon something happens like a cancelation but that's just my experience here

Curbside delivery does NOT work. I responded to the text message that I received that I had arrived, but the message would not go through. I then clicked on the link to track my order, and it said the order could not be found. I gave up and went inside to pick up my waiting order. I told the employee inside that his curbside delivery system wasn't working, and he replied "I know"
As for my order, I ordered EXTRA pepperoni, but if this was their version of extra, I was seriously disappointed - I've had more on just a regular pizza without paying for "Extra". Y next order will NOT be from Dominoes.

This has got to be the best Domino's ever! It has the best people working there. No matter how busy they are, they get my order right, they always say hi, and help you out! Thanks guys! My whole family's fave spot to eat

I absolutely love this Dominos. I order online for value and my order is always correct. The staff is always friendly when I go pick up my order. A true testament to the management team doing a good job. I'm a customer for as long I'm near this Domino's.

Everytime my pizza is undercooked. They always blame being understaffed. Have tried ordering delivery 3+ times and they cancelled my order more then one time saying they don’t have staff or they were to busy and I could finish it. I’ve been promised credits on my account and have never got them. Even the manager said “there’s nothing we can do with the staff we have”… one time I sat at their door at 7pm lookin through the door and knocking on it repulsively becuse they closed 4 hours before they were supposed to. They said they got to busy and couldn’t keep up. This was a Monday night during football too…

Very fast and efficient. Food is in great condition and tastes delicious. I appreciate the curbside service they provide as well.

Just close this place down already.cant call in because you'll be on hold forever.doors remain locked so no pickup or ordering in person.ordered my food online and the canceled with minutes. Tried to walk up just to get ignored

Pizza good web ordering is poorly conceived. No going back to edit til checkout. One of the poorest of th fast food places.

The place is scheduled to open at 10am. Placing an order for 10.30am. Everything is confirmed. Going to pick up the pizza - and no one is inside. Door is locked. Lights are out. Eventually someone shows up after 10.30am, tells me they open at noon today and too bad about my order, there’s nothing he could do. I get it that things happen last minute, but they couldn’t care less that they screwed up. Drove across the street to QuickTrip who quickly baked up the needed pizzas and I was on my way. I’ll be choosing to get my pizza elsewhere but even if you’re still a Domino’s fan, I strongly suggest avoiding this location.

Placed an order for deliver at 3: 44pm on a Sunday. Well outside of peak ordering hours. On the web tracker, it said the quality check on the pizza was made at 4: 04pm. 5: 09 was when I finally received a text stating that the driver was "on their way. " Based on the tracker I saw the driver made 1 definite stop and a possible 2nd stop before getting to me. That part is understandable. But I still didn't get my order until after 5: 30. I live a total of 7 mins away from this store. I would say the next time I'll just do carryout instead. But I have no intentions of their being a next time.
