Domino's Pizza, Camp Verde AZ

Never ordering here again, got charged $45.03 for an online order that should have cost $22, called in to store and they were completely unhelpful saying online orders are not their problem.

So much quicker and better taste than the other pizza places. Got what I paid for at a very reasonable time two specialty pizzas in 25 minutes. Delicious! It's my new pizza place

I ordered a chicken park sandwich online. I requested NO tomato sauce on the sandwich. When it arrived, tomato sauce all over it. So, I call the store and the guys response was “ I don’t know what to tell you”. Definitely won’t buy from ppl like that again. WoW!

Couldn't read the menu, every car & truck driving on Finney Flat Road was reflecting in the blue screen & that's the only menu they have.

Pizza was hot and on time. The tracking system worked flawlessly and got a text when the pizza was close so I could be outside and ready.

So far they have not messed up my order which is almost automatic for me no matter where I eat but this crew seems to have it together and doing a great job!

Absolutely the worst EVER. Absolutely No customer service at all, very rude, very disrespectful. Did online order an hour later I called to be told it would be another 2 hours. They are 1.2 miles from where we were. So, decided to help them out and go pick it up from them. Once I get there they were very rude even more. We still said thank you have a nice day. With just rolling eyes and attitude as a reply. Food was not good at all. The crust was still soggy and way to greasy. Absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had. To bad for them, my uncle works in corporate office.

Pizza is good. When the app says the order is ready, I would really like to go into the store and get my food, instead of wait for it to be finished. Staff is friendly.

Disappointing…. One of our pizzas was clearly burnt on the top, They put WAY too much sauce on our pizza’s that we didn’t even ask for extra sauce and the dough is rolled out way too thin and all you can really taste is the sauce. Domino’s is usually good but unfortunately their time it definitely wasn’t for us. Maybe thicken up the pizza dough so it doesn’t feel like all your eating is just the sauce and toppings, and most of all don’t burn the food!

I love this place I’m literally probably one of their best customers obvious friendly Parmesan bites are the bomb

They were helpful and friendly. I waited in my car and they brought the pizza to me when it was done. The pizza was delicious.

Placed a delivery order on Domino's app. Came relatively quick. Driver (Phil) was not real friendly. Biggest complaint was Pizza was burnt and stuffed cheese bread was over cooked. Anastasia's quality control was poor at best. App offered a free pizza but no thanks will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered my food and they said my info was incorrect. They would not redeliver my order because they said it was a bad order. My info on my profile is correct. I have ordered from them before and this is the first time I’ve had trouble.

Tried to place an order for carside delivery using the 49 percent off coupon, the coupon removed automatically saying the site did not do carside. I called the site and asked if they do carside delivery to which the employee replied yes. I explained the website thinks you don't and asked if she could take my order so I would get the discount. She said no I can only do on the website which I explained wasn't working appropriately so they should make it right over the phone, she again refused and hung up when I asked for a manager. Called back and manager also refused to do anything to rectify the issue and said if the website doesn't work right they can do nothing.awful service will never go back!

I worked at this dominos for months and the staff is very friendly and nice even if you have a attitude, but If you come into the store or we answer the phone and your slamming stuff around and screaming at us we will not treat you with such kindness, if there is a problem with your order we are happy to make it right. All of these reviews with us “being rude” we’re most definitely caused by you. We try to treat others with respect but do not go in there screaming at the staff and then when they snap back write a horrible review with no context. Also with the car side we don’t just let it sit there, if your order isn’t out of the oven we cannot bring it out to you or speed it up. And if it is sitting there it’s for no longer than a minute because we have a screen full of orders and are trying to figure out if your order is ready. Be patient and be kind. We are understaffed and tired. Treat others how you want to be treated and thank your local fast food staff for the hard work they put in. Thank you

They seem to never make the pizza correctly and if you use curbside they stop the timer then come out 5 minutes later

Horribly rude staff ordered a pizza and they took it to the wrong address and then called the wrong number. Then when I ordered another pizza told me that they had wasted a whole pizza because they went to the wrong place and called the wrong number.
