Domino's Pizza, Phoenix AZ

Piece of advice: order pan pizzas well done or you’ll regret it. Last order consisted of doughy, undercooked garbage that was inedible and ended up throwing away $20 worth of food.

Update: Last order with 2 pizzas was really well done. Bumped to 4 stars.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Service is horrible. If you want cardboard pizza with no sauce, this is the place to get it.

If i could give a negative review it still wouldn’t compare to how vile and revolting this bread was. Never in my life have I ever received cheesy bread this horrible. It’s basic baking 101. You set a timer and that’s it. I don’t understand how I got this. (Obviously my picture is the first one. And the other are what it’s suppose to look like) And I would have went back in there to complain but the customer service was almost just as bad as the bread. Cashier was trying to rip me off saying I didn’t pay $5 online when I clearly did. I guess my phone wasn’t enough proof for him to get a better attitude.

I don't know what going on with staff and management or the company itself but I've stopped going to this location since their pizzas have become so greasy that it bleeds through the carboard box it comes in.

They took over 20 minutes to “prep” the pizza. I was doing curbside pick up so it says if it isn’t out in 2 minutes after it’s ready then you get a free pizza. They put on there that they delivered it to my car after 20 seconds. 3 minutes later someone came out and told me they made the bread wrong so it’s going to be another 5 minutes. 10 minutes after that I finally got my order. The guy was not very friendly and they have horrible service. Will definitely drive to one further next time. I’ve never had this issue with dominos. They also didn’t even cut the pizza all they way through.

Currently sitting on hold for 23+ minutes without a word from anyone on the other. Called about the status of my order scheduled for delivery at 10: 45pm and didn't receive the pizza until 11: 05pm delivery driver was kind and apologized for the delay. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

I ordered a pizza then I got a pizza with crust and toppings with out sauce. Guys if you out of sauces stop making pizzas.but don’t make like this. I ordered a Alfredo sauce and it’s not even covered 20% on pizza.

Worst experience ever! Tonight was giving them a second chance after a horrible experience last month. That was my mistake…giving them another chance. Tonight the pizza looked like it had been sitting for a half hour prior to delivery. Missing 1/2 the cheese and overloaded with sauce and cold. Other items were also cold and soggy. Suggestion.just don’t do it! I know I won’t!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst delivery experience I've ever had. Ordered at 10 pm, still waiting for delivery at 12: 10 am. Already charged my card.

I just paid $30 and waited twice the estimated delivery time to have a pile of raw dough delivered.

Ordered from this shop 2 pizzas and wings on line and I called the shop and asked for my wings to be well done and have olives and mushrooms on my pizzas.
Order been delivered and first pizzas was cold, my wings were soggy, that I had to put it in oven.
Called spoke with the manager and got nothing but disrespect and hanging up on me.
Rude unprofessional manager or owner.
They / dominoes has robbed me $70
That I already filled complain about this to the corporate.
Will get every cents back that you robbed me I promise you.
Will do everything in my power too let the corporate take actions against this manager and face the consequences for shaming domino’s name and reputation.

Pizza was horrible. A waste of money. Aldi’s has the best pepperoni pizza for $7.99 large way better than Domino’s pizza
