Domino's Pizza, Tempe AZ

We usually order takeout for tha large pizza with 3 toppings and its all the things you'd expect from a Domino's pizza, decent and consistent crust, sauce and bake.

Usually get good service but when it's bad it's REALLY bad. Pizzas are missing sauce, cheese is scrambled, or crust is missing key ingredients. Staff can also be really bad at times where you just feel uncomfortable.

We want to say that, thank you so much to our delivery gentleman, he was kind and very sweet, thank you Riley S. We will always order from this Domino's,

The secret is to get every pizza well done! They are AMAZING that way. Personally I feel that their normal bake is a little soggy and mushy. They deliver quickly and have not had to use delivery insurance yet!

Last time I ordered I waited till 1hour and 30mins to get a call saying they couldn’t make it. Horrible experience

I wait like 10 mins on the phone just to place order. Takes like over 30 mins for order almost every time. Also not enough garlic butter on crust. But this last time I ordered he said 45-60 mins for pizza and seemed rude and bothered I was adding to workload.

Staff inside the store was extremely rude. CSR talked back to me like she was in an argument with her best friend when I asked a question. Unacceptable especially from such a great franchise like Dominos, I expect better

One of the best location on campus and also accept m&g that’s the positive point but it’s too small.outdoor seating is sometimes uncomfortable in winters

Placed my order and never showed up, I called the place saying it was on it's way but still never showed up. Lady at the store was rude as well. Worst dominoes out there

My previous delivery orders were OK, but this time this place really pissed me off. The estimated waiting time is around 25-35mins, but it ends up that I waited for almost an hour. I am drunk at a party, I was super drowsy and wanted some food before going to sleep—there was a time I really wanted to just cancel the order so that I could go to bed—I called them after waited for 45mins, and their answer was “Ah, our driver will leave in 5 minutes. ” Worst experience ever, will not go back.

Horrible experience.
Had ordered delivery, and it said 53 minutes - 63 minutes approx. So, i believed it. It came in about 2 hours after i ordered. It was cold, but luckily i could heat it up. The chicken i bought also was cold. It didnt even come with the kicker hot sauce i ordered with it, and even left a little instruction "Dont forget the kicker sauce! ". Definitely would not come to this location again.
Note: The delivery driver was nice, so that was the one part i liked.

PROS: Very accessible if you live within walking distance, fast delivery if not. Wait times are short, and my orders are always correct. That garlic crust.
CONS: The pizza has been undercooked once or twice, and the staff have a difficult time procuring plates and napkins upon request.

Worst dominoes experience I've had. Placed an order online then says that it's been picked up? Definitely not from me though. Tried calling and no answer for over an hour of waiting.

The delivery driver in a white SUV thinks the bike lane is a dominoes delivery lane cutting 10 cars off when we are all waiting to go

Online ordering system had claimed that my pizza order was double-checked at 5: 08.45 minutes later, my pizza is still not "on the way".

I had a very bad experience today, I made an order at 6: 51 p.m, it took more than 1 hour and I received different pizzas to the order I made and without the garlic sauce that I ordered. Very bad service.
I will never make an order to Dominos Pizza.
