Quite simply the best realtor around. We first worked with Dorothy back in 2015 to purchase a home in the south Gilbert area. She was extremely professional and provided wonderful advice to first time home buyers. When it was time to sell that same home this year, we knew Dorothy was the only person to help us through the process. I would absolutely recommend Dorothy to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, you would not be disappointed!

Professional and helpful. We were looking to purchase a home in the Gilbert or Queen Creek area. Dorothy started us out with a notebook full if information on the area and Arizona Real Estate rules. Dorothy was very responsive through the process. It was obvious that she has years of experience in the area. When we got to the purchase stage, Dorothy made sure we had what we needed. Dorothy was recommended by a family member that had used her in the past and was happy with her service.

We just sold our home in Gilbert with Dorothy's help. From going on the market to accepting an offer took about 2 weeks, maybe less. Things were chaotic with planning our move, and knowing Dorothy was there to discuss my options and just generally support me during the process was great. Dorothy is a good person and will ensure your home is sold. She will give you reasonable expectations because she understands the market. For us, selling quickly was key and she enabled us to do that. I appreciate everything she did to make my life better.

I was introduced to Dorothy through another agent in Washington state. At first, I was hesitant because we have very different styles. Our family is very tech dependent and frankly, telephone avoidant. Dorothy is definitely an old school real estate agent. She likes to talk on the phone and doesn't always get back to you via text right away. That said, her methods work and she will get back to you with the necessary info as soon as she has it, even if it is late at night. The market right now is VERY competitive in the Phoenix metro area and her experience with the area and relationships with other agents meant we closed on a house within a month and a half of our first phone conversation.

Since we were doing everything remotely, Dorothy did everything for us that needed to be done in person, including coordinating a house painter and has even assisted us after we finally arrived. Our relocation was prompted by family need, rather than desire to move to the southwest, and knowing that, Dorothy helped us find a family friendly area with lots of activities to help our kids acclimate to the change of scenery quickly.

Dorothy is AMAZING! Me and my wife were first time homebuyers and we wouldn’t have been able to get into our house without her! I am so grateful I had Dorothy in my corner for my recent home sale! I relocated out of state, and Dorothy was the realtor I selected to work with my relocation company, which requires a LOT of extra steps and paperwork. There were so many moving parts, and for most of the process I was halfway across the country. She was wonderful to work with, was on top of all the moving pieces, and managed a lot of things on my behalf after the move until we had a buyer and completed the sale. And she managed to get my asking price even after the market had started to turn enough to get me worried!
