What a phenomenal office, from every staff member to the doctor. You won’t find a more professional, yet friendly office ANYWHERE! I’ve been hesitant to add this, but I feel it is necessary. I was a very happy employee of Dr Bakers for 2 years, that give you plenty of time to see “behind the scenes”. Dr Baker and his staff are genuinely just THAT caring even behind the scenes. So much so, that all of my family still comes to Dr Baker even after I became a stay at home mom. Great people, great office, can not recommend enough!

Brittany has been my Dental Hygenist for years and is very thorough and stays right on time.

I had a great appointment today with Andrea! She’s wonderful and very gentle! It’s always a pleasure seeing Sherri too!

The entire staff, are warm, friendly people who genuinely care about their patients. The level of care is more than I have experienced anywhere else. Doctor Baker is a good hour drive away for me, but I gladly make the trip.

I have almost no tolerance for dental work and a trip to the dentist’s office is the last thing I would want to do. My wife suggested (nagged) that I go to see Dr. Baker, her dentist, so reluctantly I arranged an appointment for my toothache. When I called their office, I was impressed with the personalized service I received. The person who scheduled me understood my acute dental phobia, was compassionate, and nurturing. When I made my first visit to their office, the staff at the desk greeted me by my first name as I walked through the door. I felt like I was home with family instead of in a dental chamber of horrors. That friendly empathetic level of service continued with the other staff who led me back to the examination room. After they took some pictures and x-rays, Dr. Baker came in and introduced himself. His friendly affect and obvious professionalism calmed my concerns. His exam was thorough, comprehensive, and offered several possible courses of treatment for me to consider. Bottom line is I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. I am actually looking forward to my return visit next week. Great job by Dr. Baker and his team; excellent customer service!

Was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. Staff was very friendly and performed my cleaning very thoroughly. Had a few questions that were answered verbally and with notes to take home.

Me and my family have been seeing Dr Baker since 2017. Dr. Baker and his staff are professional, kind, patient, friendly and caring. Shari at the reception; Shannon, the hygienist; Emily, Dr. Baker's assistant; and, of course, Dr. Baker.

I recently had my dental work done in the office of Dr. Baker. On my first visit, I was so nervous I had to use the bathroom five times throughout the entire process. Dr. Baker and Emily were very patient with me and understood my anxiety. Emily gave me the dental stress ball and walked me through the procedure. The appointment took 2 hours; I think it would be quicker if I didn't have to use the washroom so many times.

During my second visit, Dr. Baker and Emily put the permanent dental crown over my tooth. Everything seems to be going well; I felt good until I got in the car. I understood that it would take some time for me to get used to the new permanent crown. However, when I bit, I realized that my dental crown was higher than the remaining teeth. I return to Dr. Baker's office and tried to explain to Shari and wondered if I could speak to Emily one more time. They took me in and Dr. Baker helped me to reshape the crown and make me feel better. There was another patient waiting in another room, and Dr. Baker still took the time to fix my tooth, although my appointment had ended.

Dr. Baker’s bedside manner is phenomenal. Thank you for taking good care of me and my family.

Dr Baker & Emily have been absolutely awesome. In Dec my front bridge broke leaving me toothless the day before I was leaving for Christmas in Fl. Dr Baker & Emily took me at a moments notice and by 5: 30 that night I had a temporary bridge.
Today they spent 3 hrs rebuilding 2 teeth & making another temporary bridge so that a permanent bridge could be made & I wouldn’t be left toothless again for 3-4 weeks.
They’re professional, friendly and conscientious about any possible pain that procedures might cause.

I have been a huge fan of Dr. Baker's office for years, and it just keeps getting better. My visit this week with Andrea for a cleaning was outstanding. She has a special knack with the tools of her trade and such a pleasant demeanor that makes a visit for teeth cleaning an unexpectedly enjoyable experience.

This was not a good visit. I was not greeted in a timely manner, the hygienist was 20 minutes late taking me, did not apologize, just said "you know how the health industry is, ' she did not attempt to make my next appointment, but I heard her talking to the previous patient about his next appointment. I told her I show you respect by being here ahead of time, you should do the same. The receptionist and another hygienist were discussing, so I could hear them applicants who were going to be interviewed. Thankfully I had no issues with my teeth - which was the only good part of the visit.
