DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Hotel Paradise Valley - Scottsdale reviews
16There was no resort experience. Restaurants close way too early. By 7p.m. Bar close by time people start drinking. Water in pool too cold. Hot tub was just for name. Water was not hot at all in the hot tub. Not enough towels in room. Please stay somewhere else unless you want to pay resort rate for motel stay.
Very spread out, room was very nice. Food was good. Service during meals was exceptional! Great staff. Person at front desk was slow and did not call for assistance. Man doing valet service got help for her. Just seemed our plans were always changing and we were waiting.
If I could give negative stars for this hotel I would do so. If a traveller is able to stay elsewhere I would highly recommend you do so. To say that this location is a huge disappointment in the Hilton family of hotels would be putting it mildly. Lack of amenities, lack of acknowlegement of HHonors member benefits, lack of sufficient lighting on paths to rooms resulting in safety issues, and more.
Pool is open till midnight and guests are allowed to loud and unruly. If you want a quite stay do not stay at this hotel.
Staff does not care whether the noise bother guests, as witnessed by me when I called the front desk and asked for assistance with the noise. Staffs attitude was not much I can do about it.
From the time we walked in to the end of the conference, every interaction we had with a member of the staff was over and above. In these post pandemic days, people seem a bit off but not at this property! And the food was great. Great room, great staff, great food. A win all the way around.
Attended a conference here. Beautiful hotel. The rooms are gorgeous. Parking is absolutely horrible though thats why i rated it 4 stars
Awful customer service. Do not pay extra for pool or courtyard view as I was told “we don’t actually have a courtyard and all of our pool rooms are taken. ” The view is a tree. Room is subpar and outdated.
Saw a guest speaker in a conference room. The accommodations were nice and clean. Only complaint was the a/c blasting and freezing us out off and on when it was only maybe 70 degrees out.
I love this hotel especially the big basketball court and tennis Court. The ladies at the front desk are just so nice and welcoming. The rooms are a little bit outdated especially the bathrooms. But they're very big and comfy at the beds are excellent
Amazing hotel staffed with amazing people. As soon as we walked through the door, Anissa made us feel like we were in paradise. She was so knowledgeable about the shops and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed that there was a shuttle to fashion square. Will definitely be staying here again thanks to people like Anissa and Mike the valet.
Nice place staff is very nice and willing to help and asking you if you need any help realy like that keep up to good work food was good and not over priced
Absolutely gorgeous for its age. Friendly staff, and a great restaurant. I love the pools, and the rooms aren't bad either.
Overall an awesome property. Well maintained and in a great location. Not too far from old town Scottsdale. Free parking on the premises. The property is huge so I didn’t walk from end to end but I suppose u can. Great eating options. A pseudo Starbucks. Gets the coffee in the system.
Pools are nice. Towels and water are provided. Cabanas are optional and require reservations.
Room was nice. Clean. Room service was great. Bathroom in the room was nicely lit.
I would stay here again and I would recommend it to my family.
Decent venue for a business meeting but lack of room service or food availability after 8pm was disappointing. Staff members and guests were never wearing masks.
Certain bellmen have really bad attitudes, one is likely an alcoholic. Blatantly disrespectful to a veteran, amongst other disturbing low class behavior.
