They came highly recommended by a family member but I thought I'd get a few other quotes too. They were the lowest and when it came time to pay, the labor was even less than the initial estimate so they are clearly honest tracking their time!

Douglas Auto is fantastic! They clearly explain options and openly acknowledge when a repair isn't necessary (fixes an annoyance that won't affect anything else). When I used to do repairs on my own car, they would even do partial repairs so I could do the rest.

In the 12 years we have gone to them, we have never had an issue. We use them for all our car repair/maintenance needs.

Good quality repairs for the past 15 years on my vehicle (2003 Hyundai). There prices are little high & there materials (Auto parts are high as compared online). This could be due to same day delievies fees. I always Research Online the Auto parts and review repairs on YouTube so I can understand the lingo shop explanations for the repairs before I go in to get an estimate.

They are great! They do a fantastic job and everyone there is very friendly. They are reliable and will let you know if something really needs to be done or if it can wait. I have been taking my cars there for over 20 years. Thank you for taking care of me!

Issue didn't get resolved and when I took it back the vehicle was looked at but I was told by owner he couldn't have his employee waste any more time trying to solve the problem. Paid for service that did find a fix but original problem still there.

I was very pleased with the repair timeline. The professional atmosphere. Fair prices that beat all quotes I recieved. I will go back to Douglas Auto with all future repairs. I highly recommend them.

Great service, quick quality. Until I saw the intentional hole welded into my exhaust pipe. $600.00 to repair the damage at a more reputable shop won't be forgotten soon!
