Lupe was very helpful and we had a great experience at Downtown Motors. We left the lot with a 2014 Caddie CTS the same day. Would highly recommend.

Since I purchased my vehicle in August of 2023 my headlight was not working. I was told the agency would fix it. I’ve called monthly and spoken with Lupita. Many reasons were given as to why this hadn’t been taken care of. Parts not being found and delays from manufacturer. I was able to find what was needed to get it fixed and of course they will not reimburse me for it! They do not keep their promises once they’ve sold the car. Can’t trust this company. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and I would not recommend them to anyone! They didn’t care about my safety nor to keep their promise! I wouldn’t have given a single star but one is needed to submit the review!

Couldn't let another day go by without outlining the service we were rendered from this surprising business.

Timeline:
Initial purchase: 8-12-2023
First request for payment of tag/title fee from Lupita: 9-19-2023 IT IS AZ STATE LAW THAT THE TRANFER OF TITLE MUST OCCUR WITHIN 15DAYS OF PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE! (THIS WAS OVER A MONTH)
Receipt of tags/title: 11-3-2023

Outline:
-We were told by salesperson Samantha that tags/title would be paid by Downtown Motors LLC.and that the NA on the sales agreement signified that we did not have to pay. This was part of our sales agreement.
*We were lied to repeatedly by Lupita about the following:
-She couldn’t get in contact with Jose the owner
-The title for the truck was not kept at downtown motors but at Jose’s residence
-She never once mentioned Fabien the manager of downtown motors
-She rarely returned phone calls unless I laid down a very explicit timeline for her (“call me back in not more than 10 minutes whether or not you can get in contact with the owner”) and even then would often not return calls.
-She would screen our calls making it impossible to get in touch with anyone at downtown motors for days at a time.

Things to know:
-Downtown motors has at least one lawsuit against them for fraudulently rolling back the odometer of a vehicle they sold
-If you want to actually get *something done about what they screw up, find the owner's info on the Arizona Corporations commission website
-After driving from out of town to get them to give the title (and paying half for it), Lupita never once apologized

Slow clap for "service" I didn't know was possible. RUN fast and go somewhere honest!

Saw the car on offer up, came in the next day that explained everything to me about the car and what I needed to bring etc.the workers are amazing go through everything with you and within the two days I got the car I wanted! Very happy!

If I can give this place a negative 100 I would! Purchase this on 10/07/2023 and returned it today! So many problems from day one with the truck had to take the truck 3 times to the dealership for the mechanic to “fix” it but tell me why the tire sensor still going off and alignment is off. Don’t purchase a vehicle here! They don’t care!
