The building was clean. Staff was helpful. My appointment was on time. The Dr.was very thorough and I'm a tough cookie when it comes to my eye Dr. Overall, very good experience.

It was great. Fast had me in and out respected my time. All employees were great to me. Explained my options and I got what I needed.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful from the actual procedure to aiding me in my frame selection to getting the best deal for my money. Exam went smoothly and handled in a very professional manner.

This was my easiest eye exam ever. I was completed with exam all the way to payme nt in 30 minutes. The value at Target Optical is amazing. I am hooked!

He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, I was educated on how my eyes work and left knowing he was doing a great job.

Even during these crazy and unpredictable times I was able to set an appointment and was seen within a week. The customer service was great from the first person I talked to over the phone to the last person who helped me choose my glasses. The doctor was also very helpful and very kind and professional

The employees at the front of the store were absolutely swamped but ensured to maintain safety by only allowing a certain number in the store. I was given a basket to keep the frames I tried on so they could be sanitized afterwards. Both parts of my eye exam were great, very friendly and helpful staff all around.

Today June 2,2020 I went to Target Optical (Litchfield location) for my scheduled eye exam, wearing glasses I had purchased from TJ Maxx but brought to Target Optical a few years age and had made into prescription glasses. By the way, I absolutely love them & wanted to continue using them
but redo after eye exam. However, the older woman (Corinne?) who was to work with me on frames fit etc REFUSED to let me use them.saying she could not authorize. What’s to authorize? You’ve done it before, just do it again!
Needless to say, I WON’T be going back even though I’ve been using them for a very long time.
Let me say that the female Dr I saw today was a ‘shining star’. Such a warm, welcoming and beautiful

Great, fast service. Eye Dr was professional and accommodating. Glasses were kind of pricey, even with insurance but good quality.

She's very kind and explains everything very well and I felt very comfortable I was very happy with my visit look forward to the next time.

Dr. Yerramilli was great! He was extremely accommodating when it came to having my 7 month old in the exam room with me. He made us both feel very welcome and was so helpful when explaining the different options I had. I would definitely return!
