Dr. George Wang, MD, Mesa AZ

I received a call from there office saying I had a appointment for Monday. I never made the appointment! I have not seen this doctor since 2009! They said they had a referral from my PCP. After I asked them who my PCP was I discovered it was BS. That PCP has not practice for over 5 years or more. DO NOT GO SEE THIS DR OR STAFF!

Horrible service no help at all wouldn’t listen. Told me my only recourse for my pain was praying.

Terrible service. If you want kind and caring attention look elsewhere. My father has Alzheimer’s and when it came to a yearly exam the PA was very cold and unhelpful. This first visit I had trouble finding the office and their phone system doesn’t even allow you to speak with anyone so we walked around in 110 degree weather till we found it in the large medical plaza. (The directory has the wrong number on it). Second time I take him, I called several times in the morning to reschedule or inquire about the appointment and of course got no answer and no call back. When I came to the office (30 minutes early) everyone was on their lunch break and had no front office staff to greet incoming patients.

Very poor experience with this office, no help at all. Did not follow thru with the diagnostics the Dr said he was ordering, I called three days in a row with no call back. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED HELP!

Im at my wits end, I have left about 5 messages with the Assistant with no call back. The professionalism here is below par at best now. It wasnt like this when I was a new patient.

Update 4 weeks later still no callback or movement on my requests.

My husband is about to loose his job because of this neurologist! It was such a pain to get anything accomplished with this office and when FMLA forms are requested, you better be ready to dig into your pockets! The FMLA was only good for 1 month! When my husband went for his follow up he was told that he still could not drive so this can't go to work! They told my husband to try his PCP for an extension because a month is all he could give! Are you serious? But you still report and have my husband unable to work? The PCP told my husband that the neurologist would have to fill out the FMLA form, because they were the ones so involved in this! But guess what? They won't! My husband didn't ask to get into a car accident, my husband didn't ask to be out of work in pain! These people have done nothing to truly help my husband. For that I wish I could rate 0 stars! Use caution, they don't have what's best in mind for their patients.

Avoid this doctors office. I have been seeing Dr Wang for many years and have been happy until he semi retired and I was now seeing Dr Crus. Because of her I have been sick for many months, and lost my job of 12 years. Office staff are terrible too. She decided that she would not treat me for something that the office had treated me for, for the last 10 years.

I would give zero stars if I was able. I have been to both offices and had both negative experiences. They will never return your calls. The are a joke of a practice. Do NOT waste your time or your ENERGY on these people like I did.

I don't think anyone works here. Several dais in a row, I've tried calling to reach someone, and all their boxes are full or the line disconnects.

Dr Wang is awesome - his front desk staff - HORRIBLE! They must think they are God's gift to the medical world! Major attitude on the phone as well as in person!

Ive been with dr wang for the past 5yrs east office, tempe office and for me ive been treated awsome! From the drs to the front desk girls! Thank u for helping me in all the ways possible.

Dr. Wang was great when I saw him. Referred me to a pain specialist. Can't get an appointment until they receive info from Dr. Wang office.notes. I have left numerous messages and have yet to get a return call. Not even the office manager won't call back. This is an unacceptable practice.
