8Dr. Hakim is a good listener and is very caring and professional. He takes his time and explains things in a very understanding way. He answers all of my questions.
Has an online contact system but completely ignores it. Says something about how much they actually care about people.
Some issues with their available office hours on their voice mail not being up to date when I was calling and have their good days and bad days but otherwise alright.
Dr. Hakim was prompt, thorough, focused, attentive and detail-oriented. He asked me all the right questions and was sure all important details were noted in my patient file. He was spot on and took outstanding care of my ears and everything connected to them. Dr. Hakim is now my go-to doc for all my ENT issues. I highly recommend Dr Hakim!
Dr. Hakim is very nobel. There was a different Dr. Trying to make a quick buck and didn't consider my daughter's risk. Dr. Hakim took over went over everything made sure she was evaluated and safe and did what was best for my daughter, I highly recommend him.

Dr Hakim seems to be a very good Doctor but his incompetent, unconcerned staff has forced me to go elsewhere!
The doctor is great but his staff like to drag feet. I went to them for sleep apnea and they told me that PM Sleep will be getting a hold of me. A month later Dr Hakim assistant called me to apologize because the ball was dropped and PM Sleep never got the sleep study order. I finally had my sleep study and called his office daily for 2-3 weeks, I was finally was able to get a hold of someone because I drove to the office. Now I am waiting for them again to submit the prescription to PM Sleep so I can get my machine. Once a again I think the Doctor is great but he is surrounded by people that dont care nor take their job seriously. I am highly considering going to another ENT.
