Dr. Mark P. Siegel, DO, Phoenix AZ

This whole crew is awesome! I went here first time and I have never felt so comfortable in an office before. I really liked the way everyone Genuinely cared about me. I was in and out pretty fast for the work I had done. But the dr took their time and I didn't feel rushed like I normally feel with Dr's. I was able to address both my issues with having a dermatologist and a family Dr in the same office. I want to thank everyone over their at Dr. Mark Siegel office for giving me such a wonderful experience. I'll see you next week to get the stitches out.

I’m just walking out of my appointment with Dr. Siegel and was so impressed I need to write a review from the parking lot. First off… I wasn’t kept waiting 45 minutes to be seen at 1: 45 for my 1 PM appointment. That’s a recurring annoyance experienced 70% of the time I have to see a doctor.

Secondly. And other providers should take note of this small but significant gesture… The doctor stuck his head in while I was waiting in the exam room and told me he would just be a minute… And when he returned.he introduced himself shook my hand.

These two aspects of my first appointment made an impression and demonstrated a respect for the patient and their time. A sentiment often forgotten about in the medical field.

Most importantly. Dr. Siegel was knowledgeable, direct.and genuinely interested in getting me feeling better sooner than later.

I highly recommend Dr. Siegel

I’m not a fan of any type of Doctors. Ever since I meet Dr. Siegel and his crew I have a different view on Doctors now.

Did not care about about my question regarding my prescription. Needed a clarification on prescription, Pharmacist did not recommend I take the prescription the way I was told. Dr Siegel made me feel that my health is not important and would not speak with me until he returned to the office on Monday. Arrogant is the correct word as other individuals have expressed. Really a complete A#####E is more like it. Don’t go see this doctor. I was a new patient and now I am taking my health concerns to another establishment.

I've known Dr. Mark Siegal for over 30 years. I am an RN and first met him when we were working in the same Hospital. I moved to California for a few years and when I returned to Phoenix I started using him as my PCP 2017. He has another Dr in the office, Alex who I have seen a few times. Alex practices on the same Philosophy as Dr. Siegel.
Dr. Siegel really cares about his pt's. He is attentive and proactive with a great bedside manner. He has always found time to schedule my visits same day when I've been ill.
Dr. Siegel's staff are awesome; they are pleasant, attentive and friendly, this is a reflection of the entire organization.
I give him a 5 star rating from my personal and professional experience with all.

Dr Siegel really is an awesome doctor.the best primary doctor in my own opinion.the only reason why i don't go to them anymore because he was no longer in network with my insurance.but i was inform that they are now in network again.

I’ve been going to Dr. Siegel for 29 years. He is the best. I love his office staff, they are always nice. My whole family goes to him.

Not impressed with Dr. Siegel comes off as arrogant. Charges me over 1000 dollars for one form I needed filled out. Tells me he will just put a lien on me instead and not to worry? He reccomand all this other therapy and treatment I did not really need but I did it anyways and paid the price. I believe he is more in the business for helping hurt patients that are getting settlement checks and to push every service on them and then make them broke and take 10x more from there settlement check when they can’t pay out of pocket. Dishonest if you ask me. Would not reccomand.

Dr. Siegel is a fantastic doctor. He has found so many things that other doctors missed. Been coming here for over 4 years. And will continue to go.
