23So far I havn't had the problems everyone else has had. They answered the phone every time but one. I left a message they called me back within the hour. Everyone has been Super nice. Ill be going for 8 more weeks so we will see.
I was given medication and had a bad reaction to it. Called in and his assistant called me back. First, she argued that I took the medication (had the bottle in front of me) and then said to just take it whenever. It was an antibiotic. Great advice. Didn't go back.
They don't answer their phone. You have to leave a message and no one ever calls back. It's super frustrating. They didn't give me options after getting my diagnosis. They said it's 12 weeks of a "heparin concoction" which is a bad mix for my other auto immune disease. According to my family doctor there are other options.
