Dr. Ronald Jones, Chandler AZ

I cant believe I am just doing a review for this office. Dr Jafri has been both of my daughter’s pediatrician since they were born and they are now 14 & 12. She is the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable Dr. I have ever been in contact with. If she is unavailable they always get them in quickly with Dr Jones or the NP and both treat my daughters amazing. As far as front staff goes, I have delt with Blanca and the MA’s for 14 yrs and they have all treated us like family. I would never take my daughters anywhere else and feel very confident with them treating my daughters every single time…. Again for over 14 years. My girls and I love every single one of them from front to back but Dr Jafri really is the STAR of the show! ️

Dr Jafri had been taking care of my baby since birth. We recently moved across country and losing her as our Dr is a hard loss. My daughter was always comfortable in their office & she was always heard.

Dr.that took care of us was great, HOWEVER, 3 phone calls and 2 weeks later to get a referral.

I’ve taken my daughter to this location for the past 2 1/2 years and now my smallest for 2 months. We absolutely LOVE & recommend Dr. Jones. He listens to your concerns and immediately establishes them with you. The front office ladies and the Nurses are absolutely WONDERFUL! The only problem I had here was when I first brought my daughter in and we had Dr. Jafri. She was very judgmental and I just didn’t feel comfortable with my kid under her care. Otherwise 10/10 would recommend.

My daughter will be 21 this year. She start going to dr Ronald Jones when she was 4 the care we received every time was second to none. When she turned 10 he told us she need to start seeing Dr Gahfry and we absolutely love her. She is amazing and very thorough. We took our daughter to the er but she was still not feeling well so we scheduled an appointment with Dr Gahfry. They got her in right away. She told us what hospital to go to and by the time we got there she had an order there so she went straight to the back. Unfortunately she had double pneumonia. We need more Drs out there like these two. I wish I could find a PCP as great and caring as we had with them. Thank you for your care and your love.

Dr. Jones and Dr. Jafri are amazing. My 4 children range from 12 years old to 2 months. We’ve been going to be seen here since moving to AZ in 2018 and when we moved to Florence there was no question whether we’d look for a new office…! We make the drive! They’re attentive, thorough and thoughtful! They have great sick call options and are always prompt to accommodate you. The front staff are constantly busy but are responsive. So long as we’re in AZ we will be with Dr. Jones and Dr. Jafri!

I've been bringing my kids to Dr Jones and Dr Jafri since birth. My oldest is 13. We love them. They are friendly, efficient, they care about my kids and remember them, even when we are seeing a different doc. They retain their employees long term, which in my opinion, speaks volumes about how they treat their employees. There is a sick entrance and a well entrance. They do have an on call doc if you have an after hours call, please don't misuse it. I've never had a bad experience. I'll be sad when my kids are adults and have to find a new pcp. I wish I could find a pcp I loved as much!
