The Northwest Dr Pickett and staff were great but our experience with the AFTER HOURS CLINIC WAS HORRIBLE and we were denied service due to it “not being an emergency” even after I had spoke to someone in scheduling who gave me the address basically telling me we could go to after hours.
Prickett is a top notch doctor and great person! He did my ACL reconstruction, he was able to get me in 10 days after our consult which was huge for me. And he was clearly an expert at what he did. I feel grateful that it was him who did my surgery!

Get a second opinion. Dr. Prickett has a God complex and doesn't actually listen to what his patients are saying. We are cattle to him.
I have been seeing Dr. Prickett since 2012 and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have recommended him to all my friends and family.
This is a great facility, I had some shoulder pain and searched the internet for a provider and called and was able to get an appt the next day. Upon arrival there was adequate seating and it was very clean. The staff at registration was very helpful and quick. I sat for maybe 5 min. Dr Prickett ordered an X-ray and I was taken back within just a few minutes. The dr. Came back a few min after the X-ray and discussed my symptoms and the findings and said we could try a steroid injection in the shoulder. We went over what that could do and I’ve never received an injection in my shoulder so I asked would it hurt he said a little. It really wasn’t bad at all he was empathetic and caring and I would go back to this facility again I honestly was in and out in about an hour with written instructions in my plan forward. This facility runs like a well oiled machine with very kind staff.
I had come to Dr Prickett seeking a second opinion after being treated poorly by another provider who told me I was too old to have an ACL repaired. I was 39 years old and very active. Dr. Prickett immediately recommended surgery and was confident in his abilities to help me. He is kind, patient, has a sense of humor, and made the appointment a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Prickett.
