Absolutely the worst experience ever selling a home. They didn't contact us unless we contacted them first. Blamed it on covid 19. No professionalism. Had to call them to sign papers. Couldn't answer questions. Forgot to ask us how we would like our money. Just overall awful experience.

Very disappointing agency! They don't give he a F about customers.or people! Sad and a disgrace!

Update: Just wanted to update my decide from 3 years ago after once again closing with Andrea. She is the best! I have worked with Driggs & Andrea on numerous transactions & they are always exceptional to work with! Highly recommend this title company!

This review is long overdue but but I feel is nonetheless necessary. I am expressing my dissatisfaction regarding how the closure of my house was handled. My wife and I closed on our house at on the afternoon of June 13th 2018. First we were informed of the closure on 05/25, then 06/08, then 06/11,06/12 prior to closing on 06/13. The house originally sold for 219K and my wife and I were more than willing to accept that however the VA appraised it for 200K. We cannot say for certain, but myself, my realtor, and lender firmly believe this may have played a role in delaying the closure as a delay tactic to coerce us to back out from the transaction since the seller or parties related to the seller were receiving less money than previously expected. During this process Jackie D at the Arrowhead office was handling the paperwork. We were told several dates and were originally supposed to close earlier, from late May to early June.
Until we were able to finally move in, our lodging situation had become an issue. Due to my family's situation lodging options were limited to hotels. Over the course of a couple weeks we had to deplete our savings buffer, approximately several hundred dollars that was originally intended towards moving in and utilities deposits. The savings were instead primarily used towards hotel and living expenses. We tried to live as frugal as possible during this time. The effects from the closure's mishandling delays are still being felt today; we're still playing catch-up with expenses.
From my understanding my lender addressed this already to leadership at Driggs around the time of the closure. The response was met with what basically amounts to indifference, in my opinion. I have emailed Driggs' customer service and never received a response.
I am a first time homeowner and a veteran. I feel that my closure was not handled in a timely manner and my family has been experiencing hardship ever since as a result. I think this is unacceptable and if this is how Driggs conducts business I will definitely recommend any potential customers to look elsewhere. I would not recommend this company.

Jackie at Driggs was able to set in and finish the job on closing when another title company could not seem to get it together. Would definitely use them if ever needing to buy or sell in the Phoenix are.

Karla was our title agent and she was very friendly and answered any questions we had and made our process go very smoothly!

Very disappointed in the service from them. Just completed a transaction for a seller, and Driggs never seemed to be able to keep information straight or get things accomplished in a timely manner. They lost documents and when we notified them of the issue, they tried to blame us as the real estate company and copied the seller when doing so, therefore throwing us under the bus instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes. Very not cool. As a busy listing agent, I will not encourage our seller to use this title company.

No front desk receptionist, no acknowledgement of people waiting including myself, no one asked why we are here. Nothing. Still waiting on someone to come up to me, I saw two people look directly at me and not say anything at all. 19 minutes to be acknowledged by older lady with short brown hair.

I have worked with Andrea Hopkins for over 7 years. Andrea goes above and beyond for all our clients. She's very fast to respond and always does whats necessary to get the job done. I highly recommend Andrea and the entire team at Driggs Title they are passionate about customer service!

I love working with Andrea and her team over at Driggs Arrowhead. She is so prompt at answering any of my questions, and so very efficient at following up with clients remembering the minor details throughout the escrow. She's made the title process very understanding for me and is a pleasure to work with.

You just cannot ask for a better Escrow Officer than Andrea Hopkins. She is thorough. She is professional. She is friendly, and pleasant to work with.
