Had the same experience as Julie. In the 11th hour they changed settlement amounts costing me $883 more or we can’t close. The fact is this was for taxes which is fine but why was it not discovered prior? In my opinion it’s because they were not thorough and this absolutely should not happen. The one star rating is due to their unprofessionalism and the way it was handled. My realtor explained the situation in a much better way. Wish I read the reviews first. Hopefully someone else will.

I am sorry that I cannot recommend Driggs Title Agency Goodyear. They made a very large mistake on our settlement number (that nobody involved with the transaction caught) and then called at the eleventh hour needing more money IMMEDIATELY. To make a long story short, I felt CJ and Patty were very unprofessional in handling our situation and it felt like they were putting blame on everyone else except themselves. In fact, I never spoke to Patty on the phone at all and she was the escrow officer. Only after I complained, she sent me an email. Again, unprofessional. My hope is that they learned through our terrible experience to check and double check numbers so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I have been in this area for nearly twenty years. I am in the business of sales and have established a relationship with incoming families to Luke AFB. Early on I came in contact with Patty Miller and her team at Driggs Title in Goodyear. I can't afford to give referrals that I am not a hundred per cent confident in. I don't have time to check and re check the progress of my referrals. I enjoy knowing that once Patty and her team are involved, I can move on to my next transaction. A big company with small town values. I can never thank them enough.

One of the main parts of a successful real estate transaction, whether it be a purchase or a sale is the diligence and professionalism of the escrow officer. When it is a purchase, and there is a loan involved, I enter the transaction. It is imperative that the escrow officer be knowledgeable and be able to pay attention to the details of the contract. I can safely say that when the title company is Driggs Title, Patty Miller, my transaction is performed flawlessly. Especially with the new TRID rules that are confusing to all; I am never disappointed in Patty and her team. I can usually get what I need within an hour. It is so worth it to work with Patty and Ciane. I HATE when the title company is someone other than Driggs Title and Patty Miller.
