BEWARE I bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox LT from here in Dec, I also purchased a extended warranty for $299 dollars, since then the truck has been in and out of the shop 6 times with no help from dealership. This is sad that they are taking advantage of people that need there help with vehicles, I have spent over $500 on ubers from car being shop. I was also told by the gentleman that sold me the truck after 1 year I can trade it in so I called and was just told he lied to me and nothing was done once again. All in all I would say they are scammers and everyone should take your hard earned money and go elsewhere so you are not in the same situation as I am in.

Bought a car, 2 weeks later before my 1st payment the car starts over heating and terrible grinding of the brakes. I replace the brake pads myself but take the car to their warranty mechanic for the overheating issue. Car was at the mechanic for a week just to diagnose the issue. (Read Reviews for True Fix that's their mechanic for their warranty). A week after getting car back from mechanic The rotor needs replaced. I don't want to wait a week or longer for their mechanic to do a 1 hour job so I just did it myself. If you buy a car from here be prepared to not only Overpay for the vehicle but to put a lot of money into the vehicle to get it to working condition. You can get the work done free at their mechanic if it's covered under the warranty but expect the vehicle to be there about a week or 2. Their financial services also will charge fees whenever to your payment. When you make your payment you will get a message days later stating you are overdue and late fees will be charged.

I know right now you in a desperate situation like I was few about a years ago but take this as an advice and stay away from drive now or autonow financial. They sells put together cars that will drive you crazy and they won't do anything to help you. Worst service I've ever had.

Tio Ruben was absolutely amazing. I came in with a 2005 Buick Lesabre with no AC and both front windows broken. Got me out the door in a 2009 Mercury Milan with air conditioner and in beautiful condition. He really went above and beyond to help my mother and I, I can not thank him enough.
