Bill and the team are AWESOME! I just purchased a house that was (cough) not well taken care of. Thanks to these guys it’s smells SO MUCH BETTER! They were friendly, fast, caring and communication was on point! To top it off, they didn’t recommend what didn’t need to be done! I would and will be recommending their services in the future. Thanks for a great experience and a better smelling home!

All they did was hook up a vacuum to my furnace vent. I was told all vents would be cleaned. The service guy wanted $300 more to clean all the vents and returns. Feel like I was ripped off. He was here for maybe 20 minutes!

David and Abe were very nice. Professional and knowledge. Answered all my questions. I was worried there would be a mess but they even cleaned my roof after the crazy mess from my dryer vent! Very happy and will use the company again

The staff were polite and on time. I don't know how to access if the job was done perfectly or not, until I asked for a second opinion.
I only have 2 concerns.
1. I was told that I need more service to be done on my vent cleaning and sold $500.00 service. I just want it done so I agree to pay.
2. The last red flag was when I was writing the check, I was asked to write the check to a person and not a company.

Coda and Tra were very professional and explained everything that was done and everything that was needed to fully clean my home. I would recommend these guys to anyone for HVAC duct cleaning.

Shawn and T. J.were professional and thorough, can’t recommend them enough. They did a great job and double checked even triple checked to make sure everything was perfect and we were satisfied. I am definitely going to call them next time I need my HVAC cleaned.

The Groupon coupon says whole house system with unlimited ducts… whereas the technician cleaned only 1 duct. He claims it cleaned entire duct system by 1 suction from 1 duct. I was little convinced but when I mentioned I have dual zone system and he needs to do alteast 1 duct suction from upstairs too,
he lost his mind… he left the house without showing me how much dust he got actually.so I am not sure what was cleaned actually … he did not even inspect dryer vent. I m not happy and I dont recommend again

I feel like I got ripped off. I purchased a Groupon for 12 vents one air return and dryer vent. They came and told us it would be $300 and that was for the whole house and then an addition 225 for another service. And the 300 is what their website says for the whole house. Well I was just wanting the Groupon package and didn’t understand why I had to pay all this extra. All they did was take the vents off and vacuum the vents and did not stick anything down the. Vents to clean them. I could have done that with my own vacuum which I do. So not sure what I paid $300 for. They did not show us any build up or dirt or anything. They were in and out of the house in 30 minutes. I find it hard to believe that can be completed that quickly. But I guess if all you are doing is vacuuming the vents and not cleaning down the vents. And there was junk all over my floors. Does not look like they cleaned the unit that they said they did. They were disrespectful and just came barging into the house and took our ladder without asking to get on the roof. Why do you not have your own ladder? Seems like it is a common piece of equipment you need to do this job. Very disappointed and feel like I was just paid $345 for nothing. Would not recommend or use this business again.

Two techs arrived on-time and ready for business. They confirmed the work expected, and proceeded to handle the cleaning out dryer vent, and checking the dryer performance. All done quickly and efficiently.

Very thorough but immediately tried to turn a $39 Groupon into a $1300+ job. I agreed to cleaning the dryer vent because I wasn’t sure when it was last changed. Did not replace the furniture they moved in bedroom nor did they replace the night light in the bathroom they unplugged to accommodate the machine they used. Not a big deal unless you can’t do it yourself without issues.

Josh and John called 30 minutes before they came. They were professional, pleasant, and efficient. They answered all our questions and clarified each service. We will use this service on a yearly basis. Thanks guys for helping us breathe easier!

David and Abe were great. Wore face masks and shoe booties, responsive and professional. They explained what they were doing along the way.

Bill and Corey were great. They communicated about their arrival in a timely manner. They spoke kindly to my 2 little boys who were very curious.

Daniel was a wonderful technician! Super professional and thorough with cleaning and explaining everything that he was doing, along with how we should continue the maintenance our system. Was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We look forward to using him and his services again. I would recommend his work to anyone!

We had a great experience. They provided a long window like all service companies but gave me a 15 minute notice when they were on the way. The service was excellent from Kota and Trey.
