10DSW is following CDC guidelines and State of AZ Covid recommendations. Like the concept of a separate shoe fitting area. Felt very comfortable shopping.
The amount of fun that I had while interacting with Emily in the store today quite honestly makes me want to come here and buy shoes every week. Actually every single day. I’m going to go home and put these new shoes on right now and get my girlfriend and bring her back here immediately. We may contemplate purchasing every shoe in the store on our way here. I approached 2 sales people as we entered-they were having a conversation so we waited- tried 2 make eye contact-was ignored by both- then after about 2 more minutes of waiting I had to interrupt them 2 ask 4 help. I was with my mother who was using a wheel chair walker. Very rude!
This store treats the men’s department like an afterthought. Worst selection imaginable. You should actually just stop carrying mens shoes and call them selves DSW LADIES.

It’s better to buy right at the store. Do not bother to order online. I had a terrible experience. I ordered my step daughter’s pair of Adidas online. They never arrived to the store. Online orders are the worse
In 2016-2018 there clearance shoes were up to 90% off but now in 2019 only up to 60% off so I do not frequent any longer. As prices are over the top here compared to online prices elsewhere and even on their site. Friendly staff
If you don't find shoes here, you don't need any. They have everything. And the clearance racks are phenomenal.
They carry very high heels and flats, but nothing much in-between. I can't wear tall shoes anymore, so this isn't the store for me.
