Amazing selection of women's shoes! Wish there were more kid's shoes, but the ones there were quality

Their manager Austin and all their associates are so awesome. They’re so helpful and friendly at this location. I really love the wide variety of shoes they have here! This is my go-to shoe store for all occasions & events!

They have a decent selection but their prices are high. I am a fan of their sales though, I was able to get sandals at buy one get one during our lockdown. So that was really nice.

I like DSW, but the presentation experience of my last item was unappreciated. Some customer service training, within the retail space is recommended.

Very spacious, so more than enough room to strut with shoes to see if they fit comfortably. Great staff and the prices are comparable to most retail stores. They have a large selection of clearance items.

Lots of shoes to choose from, make sure you visit their online site as there are many more brands and styles to choose from.

It's okay, nothing spectacular. Was looking for end of season sales on boots. There were only two boots on sale at $89 and $107.pass

Found a great pair of shoes to match my daughters prom dress. Price was right and excellent variety of shoes.

This DSW store is very nice, big, and clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. We were about to find shoes here that were perfect and exactly what we were looking for.

Must have been a bad day. Only bought two pairs of shoes. Ninety dollar shoes for less than thirty five dollars, can you blame us?

This is my go to for shoes and even purses. They have amazing online help as well. Best customer service. They have the best clearance only way to shop!

95% of this store is women's shoes. But at all like the other DSW stores I've been to. This one had 2 racks of men's clearance, and only 2 aisles of men's shoes.

Store has lots of selection. I bought ryka (my go to shoe) but the insole comes our every time I take them off. It's a pain to put it back and get it right and company isn't much help. You have to box it up, take to PO (stand in line), pay for shipping and IF ryka deems you shoes are defective they will refund your money but not shipping $$. Needless to say ryka is not my go-to shoe any longer.

Nice place but annoying when you have people like Debbie confirming the three shoes you are buying are size 13, do you need that size? Pretty annoying that she would ask this and that DSW not train their employees to assuch questions.

I remember shopping at DSW because they always had the lowest price. Now you have to catch something on sale. Still a great alternative for shoe buying for the family.

Nice store. Lots and lots of shoes. However, if you take time to look around, there are other little tidbits of interest. I got some nice earrings. Good customer service.

So many beautiful shoes! And the prices are reasonable. They ordered and shipped my husbands shoes for free since they didn't have his size.

Huge store! Clean and neat. Employees were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I wear size 11 and they don't have a lot of that size in stock. The young man working explained that they can check to see if they can order any shoe in 11's which was nice, but you really have to try a shoe on. I wished they would order at least a few more in bigger sizes. I did find 2 pair in clearance though, so that was great!
