I worked with Melissa Barker of the Duffy Group and was impressed with the list of candidates provided and the quality of the hire we were able to make as a result of their sourcing. This was an incredibly difficult position to fill in a very tight market. The model of paying by the hour for their search vs.a flat % rate gave us a new employee for approximately the same price, BUT we now have a list that we can keep going back to for further hires. Very good value.

I was recruited by the Duffy Group to apply for an Executive Director position of a non-profit organization. Having never been recruited by a company like this before I did not know what to expect, but I can't imagine going through the interview process again without their thorough guidance. A subscriber of gigs at home informed though she had several years experience he/she was interviewed twice the candidate has been accepted for a freelance opportunity for the same type of job but it is remote.

I personally do not like staffing agencies who string candidates along use Randstad/Integrity or any recruitment agency be careful who you interview with.

Try again don't waste people's time is the main issue. As far as i know i did experience this so i did not violate policy and stop don't even try to dry snitch our companies bring in alot of traffic due to our reliable reviews about work at home and traditional places.

Gigs at home is a work at home site coming soon but we are building a reviews site that focuses on audio and video reviews of companies as a human being i go with the US Constitution freedom of speech im sorry your Recruitment company, and yet they are not competition is not my concern just try to do your business in with integrity is all that people ask.

I was interviewed and applied for the sole purpose of vetting those reviews given by prospective post's we are building for our future endeavors at the end of the day the customer is always right!

Colleen Neese went above and beyond the requirements for a normal search due to unusual feedback received on candidates during the search process. She was very professional in her interactions with candidates, references, staff and board members throughout. Candidates and board members confirmed this to me personally as well. The quality of potential candidates discovered during the early search process was good. In addition, Colleen always made herself available for updates and for non-standard work hour meetings, interviews and calls. Thank you.
