Very rushed.talked over me instead of listening to my easy order, which resulted in her still getting it wrong. Donuts were horrible in quality n size.you get a better donut at a local Circle k.skip this place.avoid the frustration.

I go here just out of convenience almost everyday and its pretty hit or miss. Today was a miss, I ordered ahead using the app and when I got my coffee it just looked like milk and was obviously super light on the espresso. I visit a few times a week and always order the same thing so I can tell when something is off with my drink. Since i also know that customer service is basically non existent here i was not surprised when they did not offer to fix my drink when I brought it to their attention. I was surprised that when I got home and opened my food bag, I didn't even get what i ordered.

I didn't even bother calling to complain because the last time I did the manager just hung up on me anyway.

Guess I'll try that new scooters place next.

They don't have a readable drive thru menu and they know it and don't care. Left to Bosa donuts go there! They have better donuts and cheaper prices got 2 donuts fresh for 3 bucks.

Stopped for a pick-me-up on our road trip. Had a cafe latte with oat milk and a sour cream donut. Both hit the spot.

Service was nice and facilities were clean.

My boyfriend loves your iced coffee. Whenever he gets the chance he’s gotta have one. Especially when he goes to work bright and early in the morning on Wednesdays. There’s one on the corner of our block on his way to work. He just asked me for a little extra cash so he could this morning. Cuz he didn’t have enough to get his drink and leave a little tip.
I would go with him when he goes. But I’m not a fan of your teas. Your Coolladas are okay. And I don’t drink coffee anymore. Last time I drank coffee was almost 7 years ago.

Dunkin’ isn’t known for their exceptional customer service normally, but this place is pretty close to the worst if not the worst I’ve been to. The employees clearly hate their job. They are rude to customers. They have next to no social/customer service skills. This specific location has some of the most sketchy people working. I watched someone rub all over there face then go to handling customer orders immediately. The curly haired fake boy has the worst attitude I’ve seen in a long time. It pretends like it is too good to work at DD, but clearly doesn’t have any skills to do something better. It puts on a gangster persona, but when I called it out then it got flustered like the snowflake that it is. This place is the worst.

I go here almost daily. Love the girls that work here. Friendly and efficient, and always have my order correct. NEVER have a problem here and I will continue to be a patron as long as they keep the staff they have now

Good donuts, good coffee. The croissant sandwich was not good at all. It wasn't even warm, egg was rubbery. Cheese wasn't melted. Croissant was greasy and room temp, even the ham was no warm. I won't bother with the breakfast sandwiches again.

I love Dunkin donuts but I have to say this one the staff is so nice and they are so fast and they made my iced coffee perfect

Lately the coffee has been tasting like a bottom of a burnt coffee pot. If I wanted an overpriced bottom of the barrel burnt coffee I would take myself to the nearest gas station.

Waited in line behind two other customers for five minutes when someone said the lobby was closed! First customer, who said they had been waiting fifteen minutes was like how can your lobby be closed when you have customers seated at your tables. She didn't care, wouldn't serve anyone who had already been waiting. Went to Bosa, they always have someone working the counter. Won't be going back to DD.

Love the iced coffee! I also got the sourdough breakfast sandwich with eggs, bacon, and cheese -delicious!
Service was great too! Mackenzie, was very nice and helpful too.

My absolute favorite coffee and breakfast stop in Casa Grande. Tasty hot breakfast sandwiches, iced and hot coffees, and marvelous selection of donuts. Hard to beat!

There drive thru line is always ridiculously long but they are always super fast and very friendly usually don't wait long at all great place to go coffee is good.

Came Mother's Days weekend cause it was my day and I didn't feel like cooking so figured why not grab donuts it was horrible. The donuts were not fresh at all and I was offended at the fact yall would give someone some hard donuts knowingly. It was some kids in the store working so they probably didn't care anyways. So glad Bosa was down the street
