Dunkin', Mesa AZ

I love this dunkin, they are so friendly and go above and beyond. Two wonderful ladies made our day today and they may not even know it! We always go here after my daughter goes to the doctor. She loves the donuts and I love their lattes.

They got it right! I had stopped buying from all Dunkin’s for about a year now because at this location I would order on the app in advance, then, when I would go through the drive-through to pick up, they would scan the app and make me pay a second time. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, they told me to contact customer service on the app. When I did, they said oh well, I guess we will have to train our employees better, but refused to refund my double charge. At a second location on Elliott they did the same thing, and I thought this must be a corporate problem and brought it to the attention of customer service again on the app. Both locations used to leave the hash browns open and just dump them scattered carelessly in the bag. This location now folds over the top of the hash brown wrapper and makes sure that it’s upright! In addition to that the order was 100% correct this time. That’s never happened at Dunkin before. I recommend this location. They’ve improved their quality and training, I got what I ordered in advance online, the order was correct and carefully placed in the bag right side up with the wrappers carefully folded over to close the top so the food wasn’t haphazardly just dumped in the bag to spill, AND they didn’t double charge me this time. Good job! Way to go! A+ five stars! Bravo!

Love the cold brews here, but if you're out for the donuts make sure to head out early to get the best picks possible.

Fast and friendly service! Great way to start the morning. You can even order ahead with the option to pick up in the drive thru or inside.

Dunkin's started in Massachusetts and is still the best coffee shop anywhere! Cheaper than Starbucks and better as well. Nice to know that America is still running on it!

Hey, Faith? I hope your manager realizes how horrific your attitude is. How you laugh at customers when you hand them literally THE WRONG COFFEE. How you complain that you'll have to "remake the whole coffee" because you can't count espresso shots. Slamming doors in customer's faces until they pop off at your manager. I saw you crying. I hope you're still crying. And I'll be calling corporate about those pathetic crocodile tears and you contributing to your store's theft from customers. My coffee is $10. I pay more per drink than 80% of your customers. Next time I'm throwing it back in your face.

This Dunkin location has good service. Everyone I have interacted with has been kind and professional. The person they are referring to is a young girl. I’m sure she is doing the best she can. Don’t let idiots like this upset you Faith! Keep going!

Had a craving for a donut, so this was the place to go! Anything with caramel and you can't go wrong!

Always helpful and accommodating. When something may be wrong with your order, maybe once or twice they are always willing to correct any problem. They aren’t afraid to apologize and offer up better customer service. For me this counts a lot!
I also really like their rewards program through the application! Good incentives.

First time customer there, went on an early afternoon with my grandson for donuts and I tried a breakfast sandwich. We dined in. Poor customer service and not very friendly. The donut case was nearly empty but they appeared to be busy at the driveup. I figured they're catering more to the driveup window.

I want to take the time to acknowledge RAY FROM CRISMON LOCATION GREAT GUY! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, he acknowledges customers very great eye contact great work ethic

The service is always great and the selection is awesome. They even had a lot of donuts for midday.

Everyone seemed distracted and i was literally 1 of 2 cars there. I ordered 2 iced lattes with extra caramel and oat milk so it was already an up charge. And when i got my drinks, they were both made with normal milk and had no extra caramel. And i only noticed when i got into work and we’re both lactose so we had to just throw both drinks away.

Have went to this location multiple times of the day on multiple occasions from as early as 7am and they are always some how out of half or more of the choices for donuts. Don’t get me started on the confusion of the employees making the drinks.

I had a stuffed croissant which was good but kinda small. I also had an apple fritter which was big... But not made today. It was sorta stale.

Good for that morning coffee and donut, Great breakfast sandwich’s & donut selection for that impromptu field meeting, or just to make your wife happy.

I go to this Dunkin’ pretty regularly and the workers are always super nice and fast, this morning I wasn’t having the best day and they wrote a note on my cup that instantly made my bad day turn good!
