Dunn Orthodontics, Phoenix AZ

4.9 stars - ha, absolutely not. Must be individuals that Dunn paid to write reviews. Dunn was a referral by someone whom I wont be taking referrals from anymore, based on my experience with Dunn. The ladies at the reception desk are NOT friendly, unhelpful. They are aloof. They tried to convince me that I changed my bank account information without telling them. I loathe going to my appointments. Every visit gets worse and worse.
Their service is very much "Hurry up and buy" vibes, once they've aggressively pushed you into their program. Get you in the chair, don't provide updates on progress, kick you out, bill you. They're disorganized. When I arrived at the BH location for my appointment, I was informed that the receptionist scheduled me at another location. The assistant available stated that she wouldn't service me at the BH location because she was taking her lunch. She didn't even bother apologizing for their mistake, and wasting my time.
I'll be glad when I can wash my hands of Dunn. I hate that I'm giving them my hard earned money. They don't deserve it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My daughter had an amazing experience with Dunn Ortho and now I just got my braces. They are always very professional and courteous. Today Amber helped me and she communicated everything very well!

Dunn Orthodontics is great I was very nervous about braces, and cost they made everything simple and clear! The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Have two teens that need braces I was overwhelmed and worried about the cost. I chose Dunn Orthodontics because of the reviews and convenient location. When we arrived at the office both of my kids names were on the Welcome Board. I thought that was a very nice touch. I appreciated the straight forward review of the issues and had clear solutions as well as cost all in writing. The staff was very welcoming and nice. The important thing is that my kids felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dunn Orthodontics!

Expensive for shifting 6-8 teeth. Agreed to cleaning at the end of treatment then said no cleaning.

Love coming here. The people here are always really nice and make sure that you are getting done what you need. They always make you their best interest.

Courtney Dunn is too pushy. I went for an initial consultation and she was too controlling. I told her I was keeping my gap and she was like no we are going to close it and I said I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I never imagined I’d be able to get braces to fix my bite and straighten my teeth being an adult. I went in for a consultation and walked out with braces on the same day. The staff is very friendly and extremely diligent. Thank you Dunn Orthodontics team! You’re the best!

Great experience. They went above and beyond even though I didn’t originally get my invisiline with them they treated me like I have been a patient for years.

We currently have our 3rd child going though orthodontic treatment with Dunn (and have 2 to go!) and have been nothing but pleased with the experience. They make scheduling and check-in easy. They are kind and the entire staff makes a point of making our children comfortable, and keeping us informed with every aspect of the treatment they are receiving. The Dunn's are incredibly knowledgable and always have the latest technology in treatment available. We highly recommend them to everyone we can.

Everyone is so happy and nice when I walk in through those doors. I am really excited with how my teeth are looking and it's all because of you guys. Plus I get ice cream which is awesome. Really love Dunn orthodontics.
