3Doesn't matter how good of a doctor Dr. Duperret is if his front office staff is rude and dismissive. When I called, I spoke to Barbara-Anne who from the jump was cutting me off, speaking in a rude tone, and blaming me for something completely out of my control. The whole experience was awful enough to rub me the wrong way and almost bring me to tears. Its employees like this that make you not want to receive care at healthcare offices. -1000 customer service. Honestly embarrassing for her and disgraceful.
Don't bother calling. They are not accepting new patients and they are very rude about explaining it.
Dr Duperret is so compassionate and wonderful. I am so fortunate to have him as my physician. He is always available and returns calls the same day. My husband and I are so thankful for him.
