Their Hong Kong style milk coffee Tea with oat is so good! So many kinds of drinks! Love it!

The drinks we got were the matcha drink with a cold foam and boba. We were not impressed by the quality of the drinks. We could hardly taste matcha.just cold milk with a whisper of matcha.

I must admit, they're great and making PRETTY drinks but I've been here a few times hoping they'll wow me. This will be the last time in a long time before I consider spending trying it again. There are other options out there that are worth the money.

This place has super great desserts. It’s constantly busy even at night right before closing.

I got the White Peach Oolong Tea. I was impressed that the drink had real ripe white peach chunks! The drink itself honestly just tasted like fresh juice.

-2 stars for the expensive prices and the light tea flavor. The oolong wasn't very strong and $8 for a drink is crazy! They also put a lot of ice despite me asking for 25%.

Taro milk tea was the best I've ever had from a boba shop. The girl at the counter was really helpful and kind.

We only come here for one drink and one drink only. It’s the Oreo brûlée matcha with salt foam. 100% recommend!

I recently visited Duplex and was blown away by their desserts. Not only were the treats delicious, but I also had the opportunity to customize the sweetness to my liking. This made the experience even better, as I have a sweet tooth but sometimes find desserts to be too sugary. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the ambiance of the store was cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a satisfying and customizable dessert experience. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu items! Heavy milk oat bowl was the best!

I had the mango coconut. It was AMAZING! It reminded me of a fresh mango drink I got in the Philippines. Hubby enjoyed his mung bean smoothie too. Staff was super friendly and helped us navigate the extensive menu.

What happened to this place? It was among my favorite boba shops but the customer service at my recent visit was atrocious, and if you read other Google or Yelp reviews, it's fair to say it's a trend. No greeting or acknowledgement from the girl working there as I walked in; she just kept doing what she was doing and let me wait a few minutes before a guy with glasses walked from the back to take the order. This guy was emotionless and unresponsive. No greeting, no "thank you" after giving the order, just a blank stare and no basic customer service skills. A guy who was older than the others (maybe a manager?) walked out from the back while I waited for my order and also seemed pretty rude.
The drink was made well, but that's a base requirement for a boba shop. I won't be recommending this place to any more people and won't be returning. There are numerous other boba shops around so just go to one of those instead. DaYung's is better, cheaper and gives you a lot of boba.

Slaggish and careless service.also there is a "please don't steel from us" notice. Why run a business if you hate your customer?

I got the lychee green tea and it was quite good! This drink was quite pricey, likely due to the whole lychees in the drink. The line and wait times were super long, even late at night. There were some unique things on their menu—hoping to be back to try more!

Duplex is definitely a go to, my HK milk tea was full of flavor and very refreshing. The shop is also very intriguing and has a cool style.
