Love the Dutch but I dislike those lines. Tip off my hat to all the employees working in this Arizona HEAT!

Popular place so should expect to be busy and ensure employees are available to take orders. Orders are being taken at window so massive line.waiting 25 minutes and still 10 cars in front of me

Line was long and not moving fast about 1-3 min. Per car. The drink itself didn't taste as good as other Dutch bros I've been to. I like Dutch bros too just bad experience here.

They have pretty good cold brew, but I don't like how everytime the cashier looks me in the eye and asks if and how much I'm going to tip them.
Edit: I returned after a few months and ordered a large black cold brew and asked for light ice because I wasn't going to drink it right away and didn't want to water it down. He said $6.90, and I said "that was more than I anticipated, did you put me down for nitro? " He said, no that's just the cost. So I asked for an itemized receipt, and it turns out they charged $0.40 for light ice. I mean, your already charging $6.50 for a 30oz coffee, and you want to sneak in an extra charge? It's $4.81 at Starbucks for the exact same thing and I don't even have to stand in the heat.

Their ok. It may be the lack of fun in them. Maybe it's the color of my skin. Idk people have issues and they bring them to work, idk.maybe it's nothing, but they didn't seem happy to see me

This is consistently the most INCONSISTENT Dutch bros unfortunately. I really like the manager! Very professional and personable but at some point enough is enough. 3 times today I had my drink made and re made and it is still terrible! I have been coming to Dutch bros regularly for 7 years now spending 12.70/ day ($4,600 annually) and now I'm DONE! 4 times a week I throw out my drink because it is that bad

It’s so sad that the new team here isn’t as happy and outgoing as the old team. All these new girls are so dry and dont have customer service! I miss the old crew! Nice welcoming and however you want your coffee they do it no questions asked! The new team in the morning is depressing! Today is Tuesday August 20th and I went at 6: 45 am! Girl in window should find a new job.

I am a huge Dutch Bros fan but id never go back to this one. The girl acted like she had no idea what was going on. It look forever got her to tske our order which was 2 teas and a rebel. Then she gave ys all the wrong drinks, and 2 out of 3 were made wrong.

Great place to go every once in awhile, but a bit overpriced in my mind. I'll be sticking to my regular coffee place for nearly half the price.

Good service big smiles and plenty of attention to details. It's a special thing when you see people naturally happy to provide a service the customer service was magnificent 10/10 would go again

Love the cofee but walk up window is shut dew too bees. Slows down the time to get cofee, and feels odd standing outside a building waiting for someone to come out. They should get a window fan to keep bugs such as bees and flys out. Wont be going back to this location.

Employee is the sweetest. She talked to us while we were waiting for our drink and asked about our day.

Great drinking place as always! This is a Large Iced Kicker with whip cream and cinnamon and chocolate drizzle on top with birthday cake sprinkles, extra sweetener and extra chocolate in cup.

The staff is always helpful when we order and carry on a fun conversation! I always try different drinks and I’m satisfied every-time:)

My wife loves it. Me, not so much. They can make some good drinks if you know the flavors. Look up the secret menu for more options/ideas.

If you're watching macros, get the Keto Cold Brew. Also, if you're ever feeling kindof down, go to Dutch. They are always in a good mood unlike your girlfriend.

I have never had a bad experiane at Dutch. My husband, my kids and myself went and the guy that was taking orders with cars told my husband something that we could not hear and he walked away. Didn't take our order at all. Then when we got to the window the girl was telling us the car behind us, their order. Sucks and I will never go back to this location at all.

This location is the 2nd location that I go to. The people here are amazing, and keeping with the Dutch bros spirit, friendly as they come. I can’t speak more highly of them or the company as a whole.

Service is always amazing, and the staff never stops making you feel awesome. The coffee, tea, Italian soda, rebels, and Frost's are all awesome! I recommend the kicker cold brew coffee.

Love this place, working our way through their Rebel drinks (there's so many combinations)! We get the energy drink as sugar free, which helps lower the calories/sugar.

They pump customers out so quickly and the employees are always so friendly. If you like stamp cards, make sure to get yours started. 10 drink stamps gets you a free one!
