Dutch Bros, Tempe AZ

One of the top most visited place of mine for regular coffee. It's top notch for coffee blend and flavours, better than Starbucks.

I generally go to Dutch Bros for the great coffee drinks and enjoy the occasional chat with the Bro-ista. Well, today was a pretty "cut to the chase" interaction. No overly welcoming 'Hello! ' or 'How's your day going? ' Just ordered my drink, waited a few, then bounced. If I knew the my experience would be that bland, I'd have gone to Starbucks.

Worst location, how are customer's supposed to know where to turn in at and that you have a three-part line? I drove all the way out of my way to come to this location and I ended up having to leave because I didn't have a way out to get to the back of the line, your "security" informed me about this three piece line, if your drive-thru is set up on the right hand side but you expect people to enter in on the left hand side it makes no sense, waste of my time!

I always enjoy Dutch Bros but I can't decide if the hazardous drive through and the steep prices are worth a cup of coffee. Still miles better than Starbucks, and the staff at this location aren't as overbearing as the crazed pep-machines at other Dutch Bros locations. I'll keep coming back.)

Always a fast line. Great staff, positive little hipster vibes. Staff out did them selfies today. It’s my bday got a free beverage and Ryan was kind enough to put a little bday decoration on the top. Thank you Dutch Bros and Ryan.

The Coffee is pretty good, the staff wonderful but you have to believe it is personally worth it to wait that long for an iced coffee. I did like the staff's ice block vests, that's neat. Pulling into line and seeing 20 cars ahead of you, a melting security guard directing traffic, and knowing you're about to pay over $5 for a non-alcoholic drink certainly puts a damper on things. But by that time you're already stuck in line and along for the ride. Individual value.

Coffee and chocolate drinks hot or cold made fresh and in any combination you can imagine. The help here are knowledgeable in their craft and the service is quick! Their main competition is much bigger if you're counting locations, but bigger doesn't always mean better. This place is a hit with the high school and college age people, there's nearly always a waiting line. Personally I take that as a good sign!

The last two times I went to this location I wae confronted with line difficulties. I was waved over by the security guard that helps manage the line and another car pulled in front of me. I don't know if its part of his job but it's weird that he saw me get cut and did nothing. I ended up just leaving. They do however have a very friendly staff.

Absolutely phenomenal service! By far the best customer service I have ever received! Drinks are also fantastic! Truly wish I could give 10 stars! Please come to Albuquerque!

LOVE this place, their red bull marmalade is freaking delicious! And the customer service is always above and beyond!

So many drink options and great staff! I've loved everything I've gotten! Also, prices are a lot cheaper than Starbucks, flavors top! Highly recommend the Ray of Sunshine green tea!

Love Dutch Bros. This location tends to be very busy and seems to be a bit slower at times compared to other Dutch Bros. Still delicious though.

Kelly is the best babe-ista ever. She has that sassy independent sister thing going on. She is your mourning cheer leader with a dash of magic ;)

Love this place. Great drinks and very friendly people. Love how relaxed this place is as well. Much better priced than Starbucks and a lot more selection.

Love the coffee, love the staff, love the sense of community here. Even with the wait (you know there will be one!), Dutch is worth the visit. Love the first-day-of-the-month stickers, too! (The orchestrated line/movement is part of the trip! Be nice to those folks out in the.

Staff is a model of what customer service should be. The customers before me ordered the wrong drinks for their children, the staff was more than accommodating, and made them new drinks. I was looking for a suggestion on what to order, and the staff nailed it! It was delicious! In fact, they ask me to take a drink before I left to make sure I liked it! I appreciated how the employee referred to everyone as "my friend".

Our barista was very energetic, patient & friendly! Il I wish we got her name, so we can give her credit for great customer service!

Since it was our first time, she let us know how the menu works and if we had any questions, we can ask her. We went at 6am because it was a good time it wasn't busy.yet! We ordered the Palm Beach, a hot coffee, an iced coffee, black iced tea with blue raspberry and rapsberry and iced tea or lemonade.

Next time, I'll try an iced coffee from a closer location to home. She asked us where we were from and let us kniw that there were locations other locations in Cali (I.e, Sacramento, Fresno, LA).

If you think Starbucks employees have a reputation for being friendly, Dutch Bros employees take that to a whole new level. Hands down some of the best customer service you will ever get anywhere whether at a coffee shop, restaurant, grocery store, you name it.
