The past few times I've been here the employees just stand around talking. Not even to cars. Or they all gather at one car while the line pours into the street. Absolutely unacceptable. I'm not sure if there's a manager here because who would allow this?

I ordered a large iced Americao with cream and vanilla with a girl not at the window and I was given my drink and drove off and took a drink and realized that it did not have the vanilla in it. Word to wise taste your drink before leaving the window.

Not a huge coffee drinker so I haven't tried them, but their lemonade isamazing! The Frozen Aftershock is my current favorite!

My very first time trying Dutch Bros. The staff was wonderful! I spoke with three different employees and each one had such a lovely attitude. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

We love this Dutch! Everybody is always very kind and quick to help with anything we need! We love that they always make our dogs feel super welcome and the drinks are always delicious!

My favorite here is the large iced coffee with sugar free Carmel creem ans sugar free Carmel drizzle.

They are super friendly but my only downside is that they don't use gloves when putting a straw in your cup. That is highly unsanitary especially since they are touching money.

This morning I ran out of gas and the employee working the drive thru offered to help me push my car and also gave me a complimentary drink for the inconvenience - which had nothing to do with them and was solely my responsibility. I didn’t get his name but if I actually drank coffee I would come here every day for this incredible service. Thank you guys so much!

I get the friendly environment, but if you are in a drive thru with 15 cars backed up, maybe save the conversation for another time.

If I knew how to post a picture I would. I ordered a Chai and you would have thought I ordered a cup of milk. It’s pure white and doesn’t have that spice to it that chai should have. So disappointed. Don’t get a chai from here.

Wow just wow this coffee spot is the bomb. I love Starbucks and coffee bean but this place is great.the only thing I did like was the over friendly service to the point it sounded fake and it took to much time for the order come on guys just please place the order

I love your crew, the synergy and culture is unmatched by just about every other franchise. Being from Oregon, I can not even tell you how excited I was to find out there is a Dutch Bros in AZ! Shout out to the other Oregon Dutchies working down here in this heat! <3

The staff are always friendly and the drinks are just as wonderful. I recommend getting a marmalade blended if you're not sure what to get. If you have the time, stop by and check this place out

Although the espresso is outstanding, I don't believe you can make a respectable latte without having whole milk.

This was my first time trying this place. I got the 911. I understand why they call it that. It's a very strong coffee, but it doesn't taste super strong. Very deceptive. One of the better coffee shops I have yet to enjoy.

Our barista was amazing! Great recommendation on the green tea. Super happy and super nice. Wonderful, wonderful experience.
