Dutch Bros, Mesa AZ

Love dutch bros and will seek them out when I feel like a drive thru coffee. They just got an app so it's easy to pay and acrue points to work your way to that free coffee.
More sugar free flavor options would be nice, but even so they have a decent selection.

Super friendly and down right tasty stuff. First visit and not disappointed at all. My girl's daughter just flew in from Georga and was jonesing for some Starbucks, Dutch Bros ended up being our reality. Funny thing about it, we lucked out cuz Starbucks doesn't even come close. First time for the 3 of us and a new favorite takes the stand! Thanks Dutch, till next time.

Very nice, they have nice girls working there and they haven't screwed up our orders yet. I also like that they have sugar free drinks so that I can have a treat once in a while and not have to worry about screwing up my diet.

The dutch team is awesome they are super helpful with recommending drinks and always have a positive, high energy attitude.

It's not the coffee or the people that work here that get this rating. It's the line. I will never come back here just because it's a half hour line (at the very least) all the time. No one should wait that long for coffee.

Also to be a franchise owner you have to be a manager for different franchise owner for at least three years before they will sell you a franchise and then you need a recommendation from that franchise owner

The smoothie was great, but the staff were about the friendliest people I have encountered, and that made me enjoy the smoothie even more. Great people!

Dutch Bros hires the most friendly and energetic staff. The coffee and tea options available are great and delicious. Sometimes the lines are a bit long but the staff does well to balance personal attention as well as efficiency.

Great coffee and atmosphere. Service is very polite. I would have fiven 5 stars, but the line was long and moved slower than normal.

They are growing on me. I usually only go here for my daughter and I go to starbucks but lately starbucks is sucking and DUTCH BROTHERS customer service is top notch! Keep it up.

They will take their sweet time to move people along. Waited in front of ONE person for more than 5 minutes just because they were chatting. I understand it’s a social coffee shop, but there comes a certain point where it becomes inconsiderate and disrespectful.

Service was as always wonderful! When they found out we had a new born in the back of the car, they filled our stamp card and gave us advice and support. The coffee is also really good.

The place was amazing! The workers always make a conversation and they are always happy! The drinks are another level of amazing, and the drinks are so affordable too! Dutch Bros is at the top list to go to for my daughter

Very good coffee it was a little wait but there was a lot of customers so plan ahead, the workers are very good and very fast it's the customers that make it slow!

I used to be a daily customer. Great staff. However the lines have gotten longer over the past couple of years so inow frequent bikini beans

All Dutch Bro's locations are great. They have fantastic drinks, and superb customer service. They are always friendly and smiling. The only problem with any location is the 15-45 minute wait during their "RUSH" times

Always a crowd at this place, and for good reason as the coffee tastes good and is better than "Seven Bucks" or whatever it's called.great selection, staff always happy and excited.

GREAT people, GREAT coffee and accessories. What more could you want? Other than the LONG lines, I do enjoy this place. If you have an outstanding product with outstanding employees, you'll have long lines. That's the secret!) Keep doing what you're doing!

Fun employees, lots of choices. I love ordering a "surprise drink" and letting The Bros concoct something for me. I'm never disappointed.

The one negative thing I would have to say about Dutch Bros is the long wait in the Drive-Thru. Other than that we love everything about this place. Great coffee and super friendly staff.
