Dutch Bros Coffee, Gilbert AZ

Nobody monitoring the lines and customer service wasn't the norm compared to other sites I visit. Hopefully this new site can continue to grow and will get better.

I waited in line for 30 minutes and then paid $7 for what tasted like a cup of milk. Pretty sure they forgot to add the espresso. I would’ve gone through the drive thru to have them fix it but I didn’t want to wait again:/

The service is good, but sometimes a bit slow. We love the sticker days. You have the option of drive-through or walk up, either is good. They have multiple options for coffees, smoothies and energy drinks. Their baked goods are tasty.

Try a cold brew (cold pour) with lavender or vanilla syrup and a muffin top (cranberry orange) or (lemon poppy)
And you will be happy you did

Drive thru lines were fast when it first opened but now they're about as slow as molasses or as slow as greenfield and southern location. Its great if you have time to spare or if you enjoy waiting. I'm writing this as I am sitting here in line. I'm not coming to this one anymore. Its sad to drive to another location.

Lovely service but it’s a long wait. Much longer than the Dutch bros on Crismon or Apache trail locations.

This location does not know what they are doing! They skip the people waiting in line for a long time and go to the cars that just pulled in making us wait even longer! Last time I come here because they are oblivious to what’s going on

Ordered the pumpkin breve with extra pumpkin and I just got a milk & creamerb drink Wyeth no pumpkin at all. Hadb then remake it and the yb did the same thing. Watched as the lady added extra milk. Gross.

I think the endlessly long lines speak for themselves! The drinks are fun and the employees are friendly.

Dutch Bros in Tempe and Scottsdale are awesome. This Gilbert location is horrible been a few times already and the drinks are lacking water down. Last night I ordered a paris black tea / lemonade and they made it wrong and didn’t want to fix it taste like mostly flavored water. Was there around 8: 40pm on 8/24/23 the blonde girl had horrible customer service. I won’t be returning here anymore.

I go here a lot since it’s so close to my house. Everyone is always so nice to me. Today is my birthday and they put so much effort into making my cup cute. I started crying. Thankfully later so no one saw. Really made my day better!

Staff at this location is so Slow. Only a few cars in front of me and I was in line for 16 mins. Nobody ever came outside to take any orders. All orders were taken at the window only. Late to work because of this excessive wait time.

Some of the worst attidudes from employees here. They hate talking to you unless of course they know you. Since this place has opened ive been here four times each time the baristas look like tbey hate being there. The line system is messed up because people are cutting and getting in front of others and the workers could care less. Honestly just got to the one near joes farm grill. Far much better.

I like Dutch Bros and its products. But this one in particular was SO SLOW! So SLOOOWWWWW…. 5 cars in line… I was there for at least 15 minutes. I drove by because I was early for work. Turns out I was late for work

Unprofessional staff tends to laugh and make comments about certain things wanted in the drinks instead of just remaking them how I asked in the first place. Didn’t come to Dutch bros for smirky attitude sad to have such a horrible experience again and again ***Definitely recommend going to the one on Greenfield & Southern staff is always amazing and have no problem getting you taken care of and out the way

Just came here for my first time, was surprised to see only one car in line, so I jumped in line on the way to an appointment. I ordered two medium iced dirty chais, with oat milk, and two shots instead of one. The woman taking my order outside seemed confused, and had me repeat my order. I paid with card, she didn't show me the screen (I'm not sure if this is normal as I've never been to Dutch Bros before) and she tapped the screen and returned my card. The order came to $16.20 for two medium oat milk dirty chais. I did not receive a receipt, so I'm not sure if I got charged correctly, and there's no prices online. I received my drinks after 5 minutes. I drive away, finally drink one, and there's no chai. I think I just got a watered down, tasteless, what I assume was just oat milk latte, as it had no sugar or flavor. It was gross but most importantly, it was not what I paid for. The second drink, for my mother, tasted the same, so neither was made right, which is upsetting after spending over $16 for two medium drinks. I would have gone back in line but I had somewhere to be. I'm not sure what I received and if this was a typical transaction, but it was not friendly or nice, much less transparent. This happened around 3 PM on Sunday, woman who took my order had butterfly tattoos on her arm and had a flippant attitude.

I was late to work because the conversations going on with the first two cars took almost 15 minutes for one drink. I wish service was faster.
