13This store really hates going outside to take orders, so expect long lines as they take one order at a time at the window.
Not sure why this specific location takes over 40 minutes to get through the line. When you get to the window there are at least 6 people inside but no drinks are ready. No one running out drinks. The 120 Wilmot location is literally the worst Dutch location in the city.
This was the worst experience I ever had at any Dutch Bros location. I am not one to leave a bad review unless it’s absolutely warranted. There were only 5 cars in front of me at 8 pm on 10/27. The wait in the line was dreadful, it took 45 minutes to make it to the drive through window. The staff was unfortunately pretty unfriendly and didn’t even acknowledge the terribly long wait in any way, and still proceeded to happily ask for a tip. In addition, I ordered my usual iced chai with oat milk because I am lactose intolerant. They made my drink with regular milk. When I tasted it I couldn’t even drink it. There was absolutely no way I was going to go back to wait almost another hour to have it re-made. I went over to Starbucks to get a replacement drink, which only took 4 mins to order and get it. I had to throw away my $7 drink from Dutch Bros. Absolutely terrible experience!
Was great when they came to Arizona but they changed and no longer make the drinks the way they should be. I rarely get a good drink anymore.
Always great coffee and beautiful service. Even a bad day becomes better with the incredibly friendly batistas!
Why does every Dutch Bros drive through have to be so small? Service and drinks were great.

Very busy on a Fri afternoon. Came up to the window instead of going through the long drive through line. The crew took time out of making orders to shot gun energy drink cans with friends, rather than prioritizing customers during a busy time. Disappointed.
Golden eagle freeze for a treat! Cold brew for everyday and never a bad drink. Love the frozen lemonade in the summer!
I love Dutch bros! The problem is that this location gets the drinks wrong a lot. I got water instead of a lemonade once. When I went back and asked for the right drink, they remade it. The only problem was that it was still the wrong drink. I can understand a drink made wrong once in a while, but on the regular? ! No. The employees are nice, they move lines quickly, but they still make drink wrong to often.
1st visiting Dutch Bros.as we are from Florida, my son wanted us to try Dutch Bros. We love this place. We will be back next year.
