Good seasonal hot coffee holdiay blend.
Some staff are a bit too chipper for my opinion, but glad they enjoy what they do, maybe im just a ol school boring fool.

Love their coffee, but the team that they have at the Prescott Valley store is really lacking in the greeting/caring department is very negative uncaring. It use to be that they would ask how we are doing and/or what we were doing that day. We have gone to the Prescott store and get the greeting, they ask our names so the next time we come thru, they can greet us by name and we, in turn, can greet them by name. We really miss this.

I tried the pumpkin caramel Brule blend freeze with an extra shot of espresso and it was yummy. Kudos to the Dutch team.

Wow, what a mad difference in drive-thru employees.comparing McDonalds next door. Lilly at the window was amazingly happy, upbeat and courteous at 6am on a Sunday and the barista, Katie, was just as amazing and super happy to be making an iced Americana at 6am.

Kudos to the management and owners on hiring such super employees, training and having expectations met!

I've come here for several years. I down graded them a few stars. The vibe the last few times I've come by has been really off with long wait times (20 minutes!) and the workers are not very customer service oriented like they used to. It's not the same. People cutting you off in line and the workers not caring. It's just really different now. Not in a good way!

My experience at Dutch Bros was amazing. I couldn't have been treated better by the staff, and KOLBY with a K was a delightful individual that kept it. I will most definitely be back in the future.

The staff was friendly and made a good recommendation and knew the contents of the drinks quickly off the top of their head. It’s a drive thru that was quick.

The people here are some of the kindest and caring people I have ever met! I am not exaggerating when I say they not only care about providing good service and drinks to their customers - they not only remember their regulars names but every single thing shared with them by people like my wife. Again, without any exaggeration; my wife considers them among the best of friends and feels like they truly care about her.not just their paycheck or tip. God bless you all!

So disappointed in this DB! I got nothing but ice in my drink. So not worth it! I finished my drink in 4 sips!

I was surprised to see my daughter's old chemistry tutor manning the window at my wife's favorite smoke blowing drive through. But, wow, did that knowledge of pouring things from one vessel to another really pay off! The artistry and attention to detail were off the chart. And yes, I jest But for realsies, and all the feelzies, thank you Dutch Brethren for always making my wife feel special. It is much appreciated!

Had an awesome conversation with John in the drive thru. I was having a rough day and he really helped turned it around!

There is no sit-down here inside, although there is a picnic table outside. There is always a line but it seems that they move pretty quickly so the weight isn't too horrible. The staff is always friendly and be sure to check out the Dutch Brothers secret menu online before you order. There are some great items that you won't see printed!
