Dutch Bros Coffee, Tucson AZ

Horrible experience this morning and it’s a Monday! They wouldn’t remedy my app having completely kicking me out and deleting all my points when I had almost reached 625 points. If their drinks weren’t sooo good I would stop supporting them but that isn’t the case. Just crazy that wouldn’t do anything in their hands to remedy it, and supervisor didn’t budge to do anything either. UGH. Great way to start the morning.

There was a lil bit of a wait but my order was correct and the coffee was great. Thanks guys

I am a lover of the business and have been for some time due to the level of service your broistas provide. I have visited many locations with no issues, but this location in particular always has issues when I visit. I’m not one to complain or cause a stir because I am a people pleaser and see the good in every situation.

Unfortunately, when I visited this location today, we were skipped twice in line and when I spoke to the “Broista” about this he said “yeah I don’t really know what to tell you, there’s nothing I can do about that; maybe try Chik-Fil-A and have a better day. ” Not really the answer I was expecting. I was so shocked I didn’t even catch his name. After spending about 45 minutes in line I had just hoped for a simple “sorry” or “hey let’s make it right. ”; what I got was seriously disappointing and unprofessional. I COME for the coffee but STAY for the customer service.

As sad as this is to say, that location will be losing my business because they were unable to provide customer service/satisfaction on several occasions.

They are so chill and understanding they arent you know with a bad attitude. And their atmosphere has good music too.

Friendly staff as expected from Dutch Bros. Not much of a wait time when I visited and everything was as ordered

Love, love, love their coffee the best ever. By far beats Star bucks hands down. Must go to sample a cup you will continue to keep going once you've tried it. It's like having desert in a cup.

The young man who took our order as well as the one who gave us our drinks were very chill and a pleasure to talk to. Everyone was vibing and made our visit so much more enjoyable. We'll be coming back in the future.

We ordered a mango strawberry smoothie and he made it very intense mango flavor. When I told him that I need you to redo the drink. He said ok! But I need to get rid of the old drink before giving me the new one. Although my friend loved it. He insisted to take it before giving me the new drink. Stupid behavior not friendly at all. Don’t come last minute around 10: 50 pm. You will drink the worst drinks ever.

Everyone here is very friendly, and probably the most consistent, the kino location is my favorite!

First time visitor, left very impressed. I had been wondering what all of the hype was about. Interesting drive-through or walk-up window service. I thoroughly enjoyed the swift service, great holiday drinks, and value. This place should be making a dent on Starbucks market share.

Coffee was good - got an americano. Would’ve loved a little more espresso in it for the price - didn’t really give me the caffeine hit I needed. Drive thru line is very long

Praise God they are open at 5am! I was in Tucson Arizona for business from Dallas Texas and Dutch Brothers is my go to in Dallas Texas, this location is amazing and great staff willing to help you get your coffee fix if you know what I mean

Happened a few minutes ago not the good happy service they use to give (don’t care too much about that) the chocolate or whatever was not well mixed or bad. Workers inside seemed to be mad or something. Just not what you use to offer.

The sweet young lady at the walk up was very helpful and patient with my questions. I got her suggestion and it was delicious.

We have been coming here almost daily for a year. Not anymore. A new employee is stealing from customers by adding tips to the order when you use your app, and when we asked him about why we were overcharged he tried to convince us that that the price increased overnight by $3. Eventually, another employee came over and said that we must have increased our tip by that amount, but we know we always tip the same amount and we know how much the drinks cost. Again, we go every day and get the same order. Disgusting behavior, trying to steal extra tips from people. He clearly thinks people won’t check the balance on their app. Beware, and check your balance after you pay if you go here.

Great service and drink.
Ordered a large Cocomo. Well balanced between the flavors. They made my drink full even with a light ice request.
One suggestion is they need to install those kinds of patio umbrella because it was pretty hot and the sun was blazing on the benches. Everyone had to stand right under the thin shade by the roof.

They (the 2 young people working that I met) were super understanding.
My car's driver's side window was broken, & they were accommodating of the fact that I had to exit my car to be able to pay them.
