Dutch Bros Coffee, San Tan Valley AZ

Great coffee, fast, and they have Stevia. Win win. And the girl outside taking orders, as well as at the window, were very nice. Good customer service.

Tried their Snickers Chocolate drink. Whoa! I'll be back for that one! Service staff was super friendly. Used the walk up window since the drive through line was really long.

This Dutch location has been one of the only ones that can be consistent with how drinks are made. Staff are friendly and courteous. This location is now my go-to Dutch location!

UPDATE 1/21/24: The service used to be consistently excellent. With the addition of new employees and the departure of veterans, the quality of service has decreased dramatically. One bad visit does not constitute a downgrade in the rating I provided. This is a culmination of multiple visits. It’s unfortunate because some of the employees really do care and even go as far as to recognize us and remember our orders. Others seem to get upset when I ask for a straw. Mixed bag of employees and it’s a toss up on whether or not you will be cast side-eye for asking for a straw or if they remember you and strike up conversation.

Never disappointed in the level of service and friendly atmosphere. I'm amazed at the training and consistency of the staff

If you plan on coming to this location, you better plan on staying a while. Slowest, drive thru EVER!

Everyone is always so friendly and the drinks are great. If they prepare your order incorrectly, they let you keep the drink and make you a new drink.

Coffee is ok but pricey. However the line is miserable. If there are more then 2 or 3 cars be prepared to wait 20 minutes to get a drink.

We’ve been to this Dutch Bros multiple times this week and are visiting from out of state and this is definitely the worst Dutch Bros we’ve been to. The employees aren’t even friendly (which is really weird for Dutch Bros), the drinks don’t taste right, and they had a deal where they were giving away a gift with a purchase of 2 drinks. Didn’t bother saying they didn’t have the gift until a sign at the window, which in itself is shady when we waited WAY longer than normal for the gift. Also no apologies or mention of the wait or gift from any employee. Maybe we our spoiled but our Dutch Bros back home is literally the best, they go above and beyond and this location does the absolute minimum.

Amazing customer service as always! Don't worry about the lines they are still better and faster than that other coffee place

This is literally the SLOWEST Dutch bros I’ve ever seen. Every single time I go here the line doesn’t move. Expect to sit in the line for at least 20-25 min. Mind blowing

Best Dutch in Queen Creek/San Tan area. Super awesome crew. I drive out of my way to this one and skip the Rittenhouse location because of this crew. They are awesome!

The drive-thru takes FOREVER! Completely stopped for well over 8 minutes. Make sure to leave an hour prior if you’re wanting to stop before work. And this is every time i’ve been here.

I went to this Dutch bros location today and was discriminated against over a handicap space. The line was a bit long so I parked in a handicap space. I have a temporary handicap placard hanging in my window due to a serious leg fracture I suffered. When I approached the window I was ignored for the first few minutes and then I was approached by a very aggressive worker. In front of several other customers she began to accuse me of illegally parking in that space. She was demanding to know if that was my car and what handicap I have that would allow me to park in the handicap space. I was shocked and embarrassed. I have never been treated so unfairly due to my disability. She was demanding I move my car and I was committing a felony by parking there. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I tried to explain to her that I’m injured and still healing. That I legally have the right to park there because I have a placard in my window. She acted as if she didn’t believe me. She was very condescending and rude. Under the ADA I’m protected against this kind of discrimination. Eventually I demanded to know her name and she wouldn’t tell me. She just kept smirking at me. As if she didn’t care at all how she was treating me or what was happening. A coworker of hers had to tell me her name. It’s Jordan. I hardly write reviews but I feel this incident should not go unnoticed. Jordan at the very least needs training on discrimination and how to treat customers properly. I have never been so embarrassed before. She actually made me cry because of her harmful comments and treatment towards me. I will never come back to this location. I’m trying to get ahold of corporate but unfortunately I haven’t gotten through yet. I will be pursuing this incident as she needs to be held accountable for her mistreatment of customers. I would hate for her to treat others the way I was treated today.

I love this place! Dutch bro can make almost all of their drinks sugar free and they taste great. My favorite drink they have is a golden eagle I have them make it with non fat and sugar free and there is virtually no guilt and it taste’s great.

There were only 3 cars in line, but service was fast and my drink was made perfectly. Only complaint is that person outside didn't seem excited to be outside, which isn't really very Dutch of them.

You can never go wrong with coffee! Service was quick even though there was a long line, and coffee was just right. Awesome staff, as always.

I have a pumpkin cream latte. It was very good but a little too sweet for my taste, but definitely a fall show stopper.
