Upon calling and speaking to duvall he asks in these exact words, " so we reduced your bill due to covid-19 to $#%. #% dollars which is considerably less, and you still couldn't cover it? Why? " Is he an insurance agent or a financial advisor? Maybe he is not in touch with " real america" are you struggling during this pandemic Mr duval? Nice office in North Scottsdale, where the HIGH end cars are. Making plenty of money? But still feel the need to belittle the family trying to make it? Horrible professionalism. It evident Duval is not having any problems during this crisis and feels the need to insult others who are. Kudos sir Kudos

Duvel is the best! He’s super helpful and very quick to return texts/phone calls. It was my first time buying a car or even doing a loan and he explained everything so well and made the process super easy. Thank you so much!

I have been a customer of Duvel Pierre's for a couple of years now and I am glad I made the switch. I usually work with his customer service rep Ashley. She has great customer service skills and it's always a pleasant experience working with her. She always gets me what I need in a timely matter and she is very knowledgeable in her work. If you are looking for a great insurance agent with a great staff Duvel's office is for you.

Duvel has been my agent for years now, and the experience has been wonderful. They are very helpful, polite, and get things done in a timely manner. I really like how I am able to call and always talk to a real person. I would recommend Duvel to anyone exploring for a new agent.

My review is not solely based on Duvel Pierre's location but my experience in cancelling my policy is what prompted it.

First of all, I find it ridiculous that I could not cancel my policy online or on the app. Even APS let me close my account online and gave me my remaining amount due within two days, and they are notoriously difficult to deal with.

I called and cancelled my renter's insurance over a week ago but got absolutely no confirmation that it had cancelled. I waited a week and called again leaving a message explaining that I was looking for confirmation that it did cancel and left my number. No response.

I had to call again since they never bothered to get a hold of me and was told that it was cancelled but they just don't send anything out to confirm it because all I had was the renter's insurance. Seems ridiculous to me that they wouldn't even send out an email considering that I could still log in to the app and website which both gave the impression of an active policy. I also still don't know if I owe any amount for the partial month it was active after my last payment.

My overall experience with State Farm has been similar. They like to say that you have your agent and it makes it easier but I was constantly shuffled from one agent to another. In about three years I had six or seven different agents, some lasting no longer than a month or two before I got notified that I had a new one. My rates got raised from $12 to $17 with no warning, no letter, no email. I got on to pay my bill and that's how I found out.

Overall I could have continued with State Farm for my new apartment but I'm just so tired of dealing with them that I'm willing to pay more for a company with actual customer service.
