Awesome staff, definitely no reason to buy a motorcycle at ride now, I'd come to them because their no pressure sales is really no pressure. They care about making the customer happy not just want to make a buck

Terrible customer service! Had read reviews about the amazing service here, but got bike for hubby. Tires were replaced by them on a Friday then on Saturday rear tire was flat. Called shop Monday as felt tube was probably pinched as staff was in hurry on Friday and they would be happy to tow it back to fix the tire, but instead we were immediately asked if we had run over a nail and were told if we got the bike there they would fix it but we would be responsible for towing cost, which would have been $150 to $200. Totally shocked and surprised as again had read about the amazing service this place supposedly provides, not true! Took us a week to figure out how to get the tire changed and low and behold the tube was messed up: no nail! First time bike buyers, we were uneducated about how difficult the whole thing would be, we were without a vehicle for a week, it was a mess for us.

The staff we incredibly friendly. No pressure, no gimmicks. Just honest, sincere, and decent people.

My buddy gets his Harley's serviced there and they have always done a great job and are friendly.

Shelly is amazing and has helped me through the process all the way from Tucson she is very responsive and kind and was there for any questions I had. She helped me get my first bike and I am extremely happy thank you so much and I cannot wait to buy my next one with her!

This is the best place I have been in over 30 years. A great bunch of guys full of wisdom and very honest. I recommend this place to everyone. They are the only ones (other then myself) I let work on my bike. They have even taken my bike for a ride when I showed up concerned about a sound my bike was making. Kathy

Almost lost my life in January due to the technician not throughly checking over anything on the bike prior to them selling it to me, on top of that they never disclosed that the previous owner hopped into the wiring harness and just did whatever he felt on. Three days after purchasing on my first ride that weekend the pivot bolts for the rear set backed out causing me to low side and smack my leg on the concrete moving at like 40 mph ripping my hand open when I leaned into a corner luckily the owner before me bought frame sliders because the bike got caught on rocks inches away from plummeting 40+ feet down the mountain side. I was told since it was sold as is they can only sell me parts. I’ve put in well over $2k in parts into this bike and I’ve only owned it for three months. At Down N Out Cycles they don’t care about how they send out product as long as they profit from it. (First is the proof of the pivots backing out. Second & third is the wiring harness. And the fourth is the continuity of the connectors)

I do not recommend this place.
I took my Harley for a new drive velt and battery. I loved the price but they returned the bike worse than when I brought it in. They did not want to turn on the bike when they returned it to me. They told me not to drive it home but didn't tell me why, and gave it back with a broken gas line plus leakage. I tried turning it on before I left and it wouldn't. When I told them that it wasn't leaking when I brought it in, they didn't care or want to replace it. So I had to replace it my self and the bike still wont turn on. It used to turn on before taking it in. I tried talking to the owner and told him what happened but, he didn't care.they don't want to take the blame for what they did. They had good prices but terrible customer service and don't take responsibility for their actions.
