Amazing, Awesome & Exceptional customer service at the 75th Ave & Bell Rd location.
Keith & Les helped my family select the burial suit & accessories suitable for a Navy Vet, my deceased brother.
Although I've shopped there for years to dress my brother, this outfit was a li'l tough to put together.
Everyone loved the colors & complimented on how good he looked in his suit.

Our trip today was to get a shirt. My grandson asked me about a tie. The salesman, Kevin overheard and made some suggestions. At the checkout, I stated that I might not remember how to tie a tie correctly. Kevin offered and tied the tie loosely so it could be worn when needed. He was so helpful and thoughtful. Thanks Kevin for a great experience.

Went in to purchase a particular size of clothing. Kevin assisted us professionally and measured me to find out we were looking for the wrong sizes. This wasn’t expected but was sure nice to see again, so you don’t have to make numerous trips if something doesn’t fit correctly.

I love this store. The young lady helped me find exactly what I needed. Customer service at this store is the greatest. Thank you Amber and Kevin.

This review is for DXL located at 7530 W Bell Rd, Ste 103, Arrowhead Town Center, Glendale, AZ 85308. We had an amazing experience shopping at this store. Kevin was our sales associate who has the best customer service. He asked my husband what he was shopping for and the whole shopping experience took about 15 minutes. Kevin is definitely a great asset to the company. The world needs more “Kevins”. He is the reason why we are going to drive 185 miles to go back.

Great selection of clothing for big guys like myself. Some items are priced extremely high but other items are priced fairly.

Noe greeted me with a wonderful smile really took the time to listen to what I needed and he delivered. He made sure to make sure to lay all my options in front of me. Wonderful employee, really hope I spelled his name right.

Service was excellent and staff is eager to assist in recommending proper business attire, while keeping cost savings in mind.

Amber was amazing. I needed a few things for a specific event and she helped from start to finish. She was awesome!

Service was not good as in the past. I'm old (77) and can't stand very long and the first person didn't seem to care. My daughter found me a place to sit.

I was in the store for over 45 minutes to an hour and within that time I noticed there were two sales Clarks in the store with existing customers I was approached after about 10 minutes after already being in the store. I inquired to one of the sales clerks about my sizes and I was immediately taken to the sales rack. I informed the clerk that I wasn't interested in sales items but I was interested in finding things that were in my size. After that I was left on my own to find my own sizes after being in the store over 20 minutes I was seeking help from the clerk to reach the higher items on the rack before whatever reason he seemed to be more in tune to the other customer and not myself so I shop the store trying to find items that would fit me without the assistance of a sales clerk periodically I would be asked if I'm finding everything I need it but even when I inquired I was always told that they were out of my size finally I was able to muster up a few items at that point I became very frustrated and decided to just buy whatever it is I could find but I was more in tune to try on things but had to walk around and find a clerk to open the fitting room but again the sales clerk didn't really seem interested in in me as a customer. When it came to asking the clerk about the discount that would apply to my sales items I was told something entirely different the shirts that were marked would be discounted at $39 for it if I would have purchased t-shirts so it led me to believe that I was overcharged for my items.

Man, they got all kinds of clothes in here for the big an tall. Was nice to find clothes that fit throughout the whole store.

Came in to look for casual slacks and a Hawaiian print shirt and found the Harbor Bay slacks I have been buying for years when DXL was known as Casual Male. They did not have the Hawaiian print shirt in my size so I just bought the slacks.

The employees were very helpful. I like shopping in a place that has my size in just about everything and where you're not judged by your size.
