Dysart & Camelback - Goodwill - Retail Store and Donation Center, Litchfield Park AZ

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me with a ticket so I could purchase something heavy. I asked 3 different employees for help and every time they would page someone else. I even asked a lady coming out from the back and told a guy Steve or something he didnt come out they proceeded to page someone else. Finally left without purchasing anything. Everytime I need a ticket they call others like 5x meanwhile there's a ton of employees walking around.

This was a tough one to rate. Been going there for over a year and this store does have some good stuff. The staff is very nice except the new manager actually suggested I leave my 9 year old grandson out in the car since this was seniors day and he wasn't allowed in there. It was already 94 degrees! Needless to say, we left. I won't be back to this store. Can't believe a manager would suggest leaving a child in a car!

Many of the goodwill stores I've been to have a much better selection of items.this location has the same old items sitting on the shelves, week after week, month after month.

This store is always nice and clean and theirs enough works there, that they help you on the spot. They are very kind to handy capped people. Which I am one.

I used to LOVE this Goodwill Location. But Mrs T, the current manager, is ruining the store. She purposely, and openly changes tag colors to prevent people from receiving 50% off. (Go look, its blatant! They just slap a new tag over the old tag that is a 50% off color, especially the furniture.). Its pretty Disgraceful considering all of their items are donated for FREE to help out the community.

Clean and pretty well organized. Didn't find what we were looking for but that's not their fault.

Always very well stocked, the people are friendly and its generally clean! The bathroom did smell a bit funky today though and looked a littttttle neglected when i used it (trash can in the stall over-flowing, etc.). We go to this location often, thrifting is a great way to reduce how much you consume & is great enviormentally! Even if youre well off this store is GREAT!

Big, clean, and well stocked. Staff are helpful and friendly. Stock is well organized and neatly displayed.

It's one of the better (cleaner) Goodwills. They seem to put an effort into keeping things semi organized

I prefer the open layout of other goodwill store than this stores, that's why I gave 4, not 5 stars. But everything else perfect.

I wish it was more organized. Kids Clothing is hard to sift thru.and some things are not priced for thrift.

They keep the dressing rooms locked, which is already annoying, but when i wanted to try on clothes, the worker seemed to actively avoid me.

They Don't Really carry a lot of different things especially in the clothing. The bathroom was pretty dirty

It is always very clean there and and they always have double tags so today they had 50% off of orange tags and all yellow tags for a dollar. I scored
